I placed an order online. When I gave the TWO girls on the drive thru speaker my assigned number, I got no response. When I said “Hello?”, I was met with, “We heard you!”. Well, unless you respond to the customer, they don’t necessarily know you heard them. Then I was told, “We’ll get started making that.” The whole point of online ordering is to lessen the wait for your order. On my way to an appointment in Madison, and my order not getting started until I arrived, I went inside to get the order from the person bringing it out. A girl came out of the kitchen with 2 bags. I asked if one of them was QJ27. She said that is a drive thru order. Which didn’t answer my question. She took the 2 bags out. When she came back in, THEN she decided maybe more information would help! I was again asked about my order. I repeated the number at which point she cut me off and said, “NO. WHAT was in the order!?” I told her if she would let me finish, I was trying to tell her that. Your employee was combative and RUDE! Telling me THAT number is not ON the bag; my name is on the bag, at which point she should have simply asked what my name was! I don’t work at McDonald’s, I supplied the ONLY information given to me by your online app. The only reason I didn’t press the issue when she first came out with the 2 bags was because she wasn’t carrying any coffee, which I ordered AND paid for, but DID NOT GET! Read moreThe food quality is good. But unfortunately this place is far from consistent. Everytime I've been here. I order the same thing. 85 percent of the time the order is wrong. I've even walked in with other orders wrong. I have no troubles at any other establishment besides this one. It appears basic management and employee discipline is a huge issue at this location. It has been completely inconsistent for ages no and no action or repercussions have been taken to change the basic skills of computer input for an order. Poor business and management practice. I honestly feel bad for the employees, as they probabaly dont know any better and are just setting themselves up for failure by working here. Something needs to change. Better training needs to occur.
EDIT: I have moved my rating down to 1 star due to my recent experience. I have no formally filed a complaint with Cooperate. Will never be going back to this location, alongside my family and friends.

Read moreI went there the other day. Uhm. I was with my family and my little cousin and my aunt have very bad health problems and my little cousin couldn’t breathe so he put his mask under his nose. The one server said if he don’t put it over his nose we cannot be served. So we put his mask over his nose. I personally noticed the servers kept itching there heads with their gloves. And continued making our food. After we got our food. We went to check to see if we got everything. Instead of all cokes they gave us Water instead. My aunt ordered a big Mack, with everything extra. She looks down on her big Mack and the only thing on it was a piece of meat. Everyone started getting very irritated. I ordered a 10 p. Chicken nuggets. They where cold and felt frozen still. Nothing was clean at all. The servers where overall very disrespectful. The one server started yelling at us to hurry up. And we where making sure we had everything.
