I called on yesterday and the guy answered the phone didn't understand too much English. He placed the phone on the counter and I could hear him tell the lady he didn't know what I was trying to order. I can understand some Spanish. I held the phone 18 minutes. No one ever picked up the phone. I drove there and as I was walking in the door he hung up the phone. I could've taken my money elsewhere. I chose to support my local businesses. I told him and the lady what happened. The man laughed. I spent $47. Customer service is extremely poor. If you have a business and you want it to thrive, you need someone that can interpret. First of all, I love to support our local businesses. But this place disappointed me. I ordered grilled chicken, and it was very dry you can tell that it was not freshly cooked they heated it in the microwave. The salsas that they provided were very sour and you can tell that they were also from days ago. I noticed that they heat food in the microwave. I know this because a young lady walked in and asked for a menudo, they were going to heat it in the microwave and she told them not to. Unprofessional!!! They treat their employees poorly. The owner said that the tips are for the “the food loss” that they have. They also started an employee at $12 and then it came to payday they said they couldn’t pay $12 and only paid $10.

The food sucks anyway. I tried them twice when they first opened. The green enchiladas were dry. The tacos the tortillas fell apart.
