Terrible service and a careless supervisor.

My family came for dinner tonight and service was terrible, the restaurant was filthy with overflowing with garbage for over an hour, and staff was just hanging out at the dumpsters instead of maintaining their place of business. The visit started off with no one proving a toy for the kids meal and not all sauces that were requested. Then the sweet tea tasted burnt. I waited the entire length of a meal being eaten by my family for someone to even acknowledge I needed a drink to replace it while I waited at the counter.

I counted 6 staff members walk past without acknowledging myself of several others waiting in line for things missing and their food… including a child. Three employees walked from behind the counter, went through line and ordered food as well as received it and began eating before I could even get a drink. Another person in line waited over 20 minutes and I finally spoke up and requested a supervisor.

His response was that food was taking long for the nuggets. How does that explain no one priding drinks, sauces, or even asking a customer what they’re waiting on? At the same time, I told him the garbage was overflowing in the dining room and 20+ minutes later someone did finally gather garbage.

We needed to take 3 tenders to go so I ordered at the table and it took 15 minutes and the chicken was barely warm! Your establishment pumped countless cars through drive thru while ignoring everyone and everything inside. I’m incredibly disappointed because the supervisor didn’t even care.

To make it better, as we left 3 employees were mingling at the dumpster while the dining room was still a disaster and maybe 1/10th full. My family pre-ordered a medium chicken tender platter to go with the 'finger-food' layout we had planned for Christmas Eve. When we arrived at pick-up time, they were extremely busy, and we were anxious to get home so took the bag given and left. Upon unpacking the tray, we realized it couldn't have been our entire order - the medium is something like 45 strips @ $50, and we received about 20 pieces. I reluctantly took the small box of chicken back and asked to speak with a manager; the owner happened to be there and did not hesitate to speak with me. He asked how I would like the issue corrected, and was happy to accommodate my request for a full re-make. I regret that I didn't catch his name, but the owner was very kind and when he brought me the completed order a few minutes later it was obvious they had thrown extra on the tray for us. He confirmed we were originally supposed to receive two containers instead of one, and then advised our payment had been returned for the inconvenience! This was above and beyond. We couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service - mistakes happen, and it sucks when they happen on Christmas Eve, but this gentleman's professionalism and level of service made it fast and painless to resolve. Wow what a horrible experience. We visited chick fila tonight for a late night dinner and they messed up our order, which we had a large order so it was an honest mistake. We ordered four chicken sandwiches and only received THREE of them. We were also missing a large mac and cheese as well, which after looking at the receipt was not rung in by the person taking our order so we just left it (there was a lot of people talking in the car so again honest mistake). It was only when we got home when we noticed, and thankfully I live close so we returned to the establishment. It was then when we went back through the drive through and the manager stated “she packed the order herself and she put all of the sandwiches in there.” We brought the receipt as proof of purchase, but apparently “we were not missing anything.” Now why would I lie and then return after paying $67!!! Not only did she accuse us of lying but was very RUDE when it could have just been an easy fix.
