My children and I walked into the McDonald’s and there was no one to service the front no cashiers no one was there but they’re about 7 to 8 people standing waiting for service. I chose to use the kiosk to order my food and paid there. After I paid a notice that there was no receipt so I did not know my order number. I saw some women in the back working one of them looked at me, and once I gained her eye contact, I waved her over and asked her about the kiosk. The woman just stared at me the entire time I spoke to her, and then after a moment, she walked away. She spoke to someone privately (in Spanish) which look like the manager and in that moment, I said out loud oh you don’t speak English. The manager walked over and asked me why I had to be so offensive. I said I did not mean to be offensive to her nor was I trying to be. I figured she did not speak English because the entire time and I was speaking to her she said absolutely nothing to me and she just walked away. The Manager became combative and said, but you don’t have to be offensive to her, and I repeated I did not. I even thought to lower the tone of my voice, came close to the manager and said ma’am if you saw someone of a different culture who you were speaking to, and they looked confused as you spoke and gave you no response but walk away from you wouldn’t you assume they did not speak English? I was giving your employee the benefit of the doubt instead of quickly, assuming she was just being rude and nasty. The manager chose to argue with me about it and defend her rude worker. So I just asked for a refund that I never received. This incident just took the cake. It’s always something going on up at that McDonald’s or they just simply do not get your order right will give you what they have and if you ask them to give you something different or to redo your order they make you feel extremely uncomfortable or argue with...

I was there very early this morning around 3:39am 05/17/2017. I saw the lady taking someone's order through the window so I parked my car and approached thinking I would get a faster service cause their wait time is like a Tortoise running a race with a Cat. Once you are at the Drive thru, you are trapped-in and can leave when the service is freaking too slow.
Immediately, the guy she was attending to told her something I could not hear but believed it was about me, she quickly closed the window like I was a thief! I tried to ask her if I can order from the window too because I see her attending to the other guy, she ignored me then the guy told me to drive up to the Drive thru. Why was she attending to someone from the Drive thru when she knows she can't to others?
I went to my car and drove up to the drive thru. After ordering, I drove to the window to pay. After paying, I asked for my receipt and she immediately frowned her face then went to Window 1 to print it out. I was determined to get my receipt because twice I went there before today, she did not give me any receipt. I would have driven off but because of her bad attitude earlier, I had to demand for it. I will advise everyone to ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPTS.
The reason I always shop here is because it's near my office. After today, I have decided NEVER to go there anymore and may try 7 Eleven nearby after all, they also open 24/7 and like it is said, "When the desirable is not available, the available becomes...
Read moreWorst Mikky D's ever. I door dash the late night early morning at 3am, go through drive through for pickup, and noticed that the bag was heavy and cold. The lady I delivered for was only asking a a hamburger no pickles and a small fry. I received a bag with no receipt, no description, and decided to look into the bag. I saw a bottle of Dasani and what looked to be a frappe. I informed the manager of the wrong order that I received and all she could say was that someone else has the order. Cool. But when I told her that she gave me the wrong order that didnt match what she saw on my phone, instant attitude all because she said that she heard me say it. Of course I did. I was speaking to the customer to inform them of the wrong order that I received. Ladies and gents, I'm talking attitude for no reason. I just wanted to find out if we could come up with a better solution other than the manager just handing me a random order. Truly glad that I trust my gut at that moment. I didn't get her name but she works the graveyard shift people. She needs to be removed from the franchise if she keeps this up. I know that we share the same complexion and may speak a different language and may be of a different culture, but that was just pure disrespect on her part. Cut her nose at me and got an attitude all because SHE gave me the wrong order. Oh yeah, no curse words or degrading language from Mr door dash as well y'all. We gotta do better or we'll all have...
