This business has very poor customer service. They are have not advanced into the 21st century, the menu that is available to view online is substantially inaccurate, prices listed on the menu when you search the Nino's Pizza online are nowhere near what they actually charge for their products. I've gone there once before and liked some of there custom slices that were available, even though they were extremely expensive, I decided that I would give them an opportunity tonight. I planned on ordering mozerella fries, chicken cheese steak and a slice of pizza based on the menu available online and was told that everything that I intended on ordering was approximately 40% more than what I expected (and the fries were crinkle cut fries, who wants that? Nobody. If I wanted crinkle cut fries, I would buy them at the grocery store, throw some mozzarella cheese on them and bake them in the oven -- I hate pizzerias that sell low end mozzarella fries) Therefore, I cancelled my order because the cost was overpriced compared to the other pizzerias that I will usually go to Lansdale. This is a poorly run business, please do not throw your business their way, if the owners do not feel the need to update their online marketing information then they don't deserve new customers. They'll never have my...
Read moreMy family has given this place multiple tries after moving into Lansdale this past summer and looking for a new go-to pizza spot. I really don’t understand why this place has such a high number of positive reviews. Every time we order I always ask for the pie to be cooked well done and it never is. The quality of the ingredients is simply not there. The chicken fingers were obviously cooked in old frying oil and were dry with little flavor. The small handful of fries that were included did not justify the price. The buffalo wings were “stuck” together and covered in an unusual light colored sauce. My wife thought maybe they had combined the mild sauce with blue cheese. Either way, the chicken was of subpar quality. The owner should consider officially posting their prices online because the google photos of their menu show outdated prices. I brought this up to the person behind the counter and she said she never had chicken wings priced at 8 dollars. It’s literally right there under the google search result. I understand everyone in town raves about this place but their product is average at best. I don’t think we will ever order...
Read moreSo I'm going with 5 stars here. I wanna say like 4.8...but I'm not putting down a 4.
First off, they're probably the best pizza in the Lansdale area. And it's not even a contest. Closest runner up is Santucci's, but they're more tomato-pie, which is great in its own right, but if you're looking for traditional pizza...they do it the best here...in this area. Go to Philly and you will find better (NYPD Pizza). But up here? Nah.
Next, Cannoli. SO MANY places up here just do it wrong. They pre-fill it, keep it in a freezer, and when you get it it's a soggy mess. Nino's keeps them separate, and you can tell with the crunch of the shell. Again, you can find better in Philly (Cafe Crema), but you won't find better up here.
Now for the bad...they are comparatively expensive. They are. But it's better pizza. So it's hard to fault them for charging a premium for premium product. But if you want cheap...go to...
