So I’m actually pissed. I went in yesterday to try this store out. I asked a lot of questions because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to switch from a disposable or a pod one. The guy really didn’t know the answers to what I was asking him and when I did it almost seemed like I was annoying him not to mention he sold me a salt liquid when I told him I wanted some thing that was really just the flavor so I ended up bringing it back because on top of it it tasted Burnt he’s been claimed it must’ve been a factory issue. The only thing he did was make me purchase another set of pods and new juice which I didn’t even use the original one I bought. He ended up buying the juice from me and I was still left to pay $26. Mind you after he said it was a factory prob with the device that he did not switch out for a new one. Then come to find out he didn’t leave his vape at home and was using a disposable one. So he sold me something he claimed he used which he wasn’t. So I ended up spending $75 yesterday and will prob never use what I purchased again to only go to another store and get a disposable one. I will never use this store again. This was a horrible experience and I’m extremely upset that kid working felt the need to lie when either way I was good to make a purchase. I feel like he played me and that is not cool. I will make sure any of the people I know who use vapes or anything else do not use this store. $75 down the drain. Thank you...

This was my shop of choice until I decided to go big. One day, I got extremely tired of my old rig and drove there to buy a decent vaporizer. The person I usually dealt with, who I trusted, sold me the Puffco Peak Pro. I was really excited about the 3dXLchamber. I really wanted the big chamber and definitely remember telling her I will get the pro because of the big chamber. I paid $500 for just the peak pro. A couple of weeks later, I was still having problems with overflow. I then discovered that they sold me the very old version that did not have the XL chamber. I could have gotten the newer version with the XL chamber with my choice of color, a puffco hot knife, and various other accessories for $450 someplace else. I called and , while they empathized with me, they were unwilling to correct the situation...

I used to get all my glass here untill the county forced them to stop selling glass and took the owner to court over it. They are luckily still open and selling everything else but glass. While I find that disipointing, it isn't their fault. I still come here weekly to buy fuel for my torch and sometimes grab the CBD concentrate or CBD gummies. Everyone here is super friendly. I consider the owner a friend of mine as he has always been extremely pleasant to deal with. He's even gone as far as to bring me a gift from one of the glass expo's he went to years ago. I really wish this business the best of luck and I hope they can continue to deliver a great experience to anyone else who walks...
