I was at The Brew Cafe today and was thrilled to find out that the Picnic food truck in the parking lot has so many vegan options. When the owner, Brian, came inside to deliver some food to another patron, I asked him if wheat-free and nut-free vegan dishes were possible. He went over some options with me and made me a delicious sweet potato burger with gluten-free bread and fries. Every time I see the 517 Picnic Food Truck at the Allen Street Farmers Market, I can't help but crave a smash burger. The burgers are made with quality ingredients which you can really taste, making it worth the price. The smoked gouda grilled cheese is another good sandwich.
