It's good always fresh.
But there is a few important things i hipe the managwr or owner will see on my perspective.
First thing. I wish they would give more napkins.
Second thing. I Need an option to get my correct paper receipt when I order online or on door dash. Not doordashes sticker on the bag or taco bells sticker on the bag. But my actual receipt. There's no option on door dash to write a note to taco bell so I end up having to call them, just to tell them that "the door dash order they just received from me Jonathon yeah can you guys please put the receipt in my bag or something. Maybe even throw some napkins. Or more then 2 packets of sauce when I'm ordering a party pack. Thank you i appreciate it (not sarcastically either but sincerely) (Yes I added 10 or 20 packets on the option to add my sauce for 1 or 2 party packs and somehow I still get 2 or none.)
Third thing. I always ask for no jalapeños sauce and sour cream cause I'm allergic thankfully its not deadly and I hope it will go away. I've received them with the stuff on it even tho I said none. Way more then once.
It's so frequent, I ask my gf to take a bite first to make sure. And since there's no OPTION to write a note about what I'm allergic to, I end up needing to call. A lot of the times they never answer so I just get screwed over anyways.
Please allow notes on your door dash it's there for a reason. Some of us need it for a legitimate reason. It's not fair.
Other then all that I love the food so I'll keep it at 5 stars I just really hope you consider my request if not for me for everyone who needs it please. Thank you for reading all this and thank you...

I've come to expect to be let down at this location due to them consistently forgetting multiple items or preparing my order wrongly. Since I've worked at Taco Bell in the past I have tried to be understanding but more and more do I see how little this staff cares about being consistent workers (it's 50/50 that they get your order correct). Tonight as well as multiple times in the past have I seen the cook I believe named Mikey without a mask preparing and handling the food. I've counted the amount of product they have missed from the last five visits and it came out to about $12.46. While overall the lady that's taking orders is nice and polite that doesn't really cover up for the lack of items. Throughout our Taco Bell journey coming to and fro the Dunkel location I've come to realize it might just be a better decision to go to the Holt location instead, jokes aside keep all of this in mind going to the Dunkel location, you might get the average Taco Bell experience but most likely you'll...
Read moreIf you are placing a big order I would advise you go into the establishment as I have now ordered multiple times via the app and every time my order is messed up this time I specifically contacted the establishment up on placing my order to request that they label the items and bag each meal separately as I had eight meals with multiple children everybody likes specific things and dislikes specific things when my husband got home after picking up the food nothing was labeled on the outside of the boxes and the labels that were on the food itself were extremely sloppily written and hard to understand the order was not correct yet again to the point that I wonder if next time I should just place eight separate orders maybe then everything would be correct the food tastes like general Taco Bell food nothing special I would rate higher but the lack of consistency with getting the order remotely correct is the reason for the three...
