BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Delhi Charter Township

UPDATE: Major staff change; management firing shift leads before they can complete their two weeks; all culminating in this location being unable to stay open during its usual business hours for over a month now…… actually stopped at the Fowlerville location this morning for faster/accurate service…

This is literally the BEST Biggby I've EVER been to! The staff is wonderful, warm, and welcoming. The coffee is ALWAYS hot & fresh and I've never had an issue with my order. Each day when I come in I get a, "Good Morning, Ms. Demi." accompanied by a warm smile.

This morning when I grabbed my usual, I noticed one of the baristas actually measuring the temp of the coffee before discarding an old pot. I made sure to express my appreciation as I've never seen that before and find it amazingly courteous to the customers. There have been more times than I care to count that I have gotten lukewarm coffee from a coffee shop. The fact that the staff there cares so much and wouldn't serve a customer anything less than what they would serve themselves, is a breath of fresh air!

There is a Biggby within walking distance of my home (Fowlerville), but I happily drive past and wait until I'm in Lansing to purchase from this one as the difference in service and beverages is night and day.

I get biggby everyday and this location is the only one that won't do what I ask. I ask for only 2 shots in my 24oz drink one 1 and the other shot that's already paid for to either so to the other drink I purchase or put it on the side. For some reason they feel that it's to hard to do. For the outrageous price I should be able to get my shot where I want it. Then ask for extra Carmel and not only didn't they put the next Carmel in it there isn't a drizzle of it on top. I'm known at bigbby so the drinks and the tips I leave. So please jolly road store do better, be better. I spend anywhere from 10 to 20 for my self and the loved one. Or I purchase for some fellow employees and spend 30 to 50. That deserves for the order to be right and for you to get what you asked for. Just ranting because this is the 3rd time this location has done it to me and fellow employees...

I had an out of body experience at this store, but they gave me what I ordered so I can’t complain. I saw their “Red Bull Creme” on a billboard and needed to have it - I thought it would be a milkshake with Reb Bull and I couldn’t imagine it, but knew I needed to support their creativity. Jump forward and it’s just an expensive slushy that tastes like Red Bull. Kind of on me though. Also ordered a coffee and choose the cherry flavor because I’m a go getter. True to name it was very cherry flavored, once again that one was on me. Someone took the wrong drink, so they made a second one, and he didn’t want the second one they made, so I lucked out. Made it quite an experience. Everyone there seemed to be buddy buddy, real coffee shop feel which I wasn’t expecting from a chain I’ve never heard of. The free drink I got was really...
