Smoothie King — Restaurant in Delhi Charter Township

I MUST shout out and sincerely thank Jessica. My friend and I pulled up to the drive-through thinking it was still opened, when in actuality, the sign was misleading and Smoothie King had just closed. When we asked Jessica if there was anyway a final order could be made, Jessica kindly invited us to make our order. She was so patient, especially considering my friend and I not immediately knowing what we wanted to order. Jessica gave us a full overview of what our options were including smoothie ingredients, sugary vs healthier options, and even showed cup size options. It was a delightful experience and truly a blessing from the Lord. My friend had not eaten in hours and we were desperate for something quick and efficient to eat so their headache could subside. Without knowing these details, Jessica selflessly served us, and I am truly thankful. You are doing the LORD's WORK Jessica, THANK YOU!! -- My friend loves Smoothie King now too -- the drink ATE ZOWNNN....

This is my second time attempting to get a smoothie at this location. I was very excited as I have never been to a smoothie king before, but was hugely disappointed. The first time I had come here I waited over an hour and a half for a smoothie, and when attempted to ask about the status of my order was visibly ignored until I raised my voice and just asked for a refund. The second time I walked into this establishment I was immediately greeted with glares, as if I should not be coming in at 8:30 when they close at 9. I have worked for years in the food industry at multiple types and have always treated customers with kindness and respect, no matter how busy we were or what time they came in. This was the first time I actually got the smoothie and it was good, but not worth the customer service. I would explore the owners/management to work on this as I know this location...

If your on a time crunch don’t come here unless u plan on being in line for 30 min went for a second day because I saw there was nobody in line waited another 30 minutes just for two smoothies and not to mention they Gave us one with a couple gulps missing would be actually nice if they give you what you pay for considering it’s expensive and considering the long ass wait maybe you guys should have a manager there to help people get in and out faster absolutely ridiculous just for one person And also, the smoothie had plenty of ice chunks inside of it, making it not enjoyable would definitely recommend everybody to go to tropical smoothie in South Lansing, you will be in and out by the time you get your smoothie you would just be receiving your smoothie from this company wouldn’t be surprised if you guys...
