This happened months ago but idc because today I called At 9:30pm and the website says closes at 10:00pm an when I called whoever put me on hold never picked the phone back up but I could still hear people in the background and when I called back they kept sending me to voicemail and if they say they stop taking orders at a certain time they lying because I have ordered 10 minutes before closing hours but I went to this place my order before I had to go to work the dude with the fro took my order I sat down waited 15 minutes. now I saw other people coming in and picking up there order but I thought nothing of it maybe they ordered there food togo before I got there then got back into my phone to see another 15 minutes has past so look up and see people I know who ordered after me eating there meal so I go to the guy and asked him about my order he nonchalantly said oh we haven’t started your order because he forgot to give it to the people who cooks or prepare the food idk I asked for my money back and said nvm because I had to go to work then he says “we don’t do refunds and I should of been said something” like it was my fault I asked to speak to the manager he says “I am the manager” I asked to speak to the owner or someone above him he say “There gonna tell you the same thing I told you” I said I highly doubt that if I tell them I waited 30 minutes for my food that i already paid for and you the EMPLOYEE who forgot to make sure my order went through tried to make it seem like it’s my fault because I didn’t say anything sitting here right in front of you for 30 minutes while you served everyone else and won’t give me my money back for some food y’all ain’t even started preparing like dude I’m the customer I paid you I did my part he then immediately gave me my money...

1.22.25 🚨HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 🚨they are getting a one star from me because after working a loooong day my hunny decided he wanted some Mexican food. We called and ordered a taco dinner and the large nachos with a small order of chips and salsa and extra sour cream. We were asked hot or mild and we said mild. Went to pick up our order, got home and realized we didn’t have our chips or extra sour cream that we asked for and was charged for. So we called and spoke with a male only for him to tell me he see that we ordered said items but he couldn’t verify if those items were actually given to us or not 😡 So at this point I’m offended because what? So I tell him “ sir I’ve had a long day at work and had a taste for your food. I can assure you I wouldn’t be calling to complain about not receiving something if I did” So then he tells me ma’am you’d be surprised how many customers call trying to get free food. Again, that has nothing to do with me and I didn’t appreciate him putting me in the same category as those customers. It’s chips and sour cream, I don’t have to lie about that. Horrible customer service. Instead, he should’ve apologized and offered to give me a credit for the items they charged me for but didn’t make sure were in my bag. Small businesses always want your business but lack great...

Horrible food to go along with the horrible customer service! I will never go back there and will tell everyone I know, not to go either! After reading I had to add..... I did call back and talked to the same rude female owner and she did nothing for me. She hung up. So they only care about taking your money and not getting it right. They never offer to replace/remake anything. Hence why I will never be back and none of my people will either. You obviously do NOT look into anything so stop saying you will. The same thing continues to happen day in and day out. So stop the lies and do better because we have all told you how to be better and you just don't care. Even the owner hates working there. After owners response... you hurt your own small business because of how you treat people and how your food taste. This is the only review I have left for this business. I'm not the only one that feels you should just close your doors. You deserve zero stars for all of it. I didn't even mention how dirty your place is as well. You have been told how to improve and you have ignored it. So you deserve ALL of these bad reviews. DO BETTER if you want better reviews....
