Horrible company. I was interested in a 8k tv. They were rude over the phone, the owner was condescending in regards to how they run their business. I called to verify the tv was as advertised. Made me drive 1 hr on false advertisement and then told me “it is what it is” when I asked about it. Was rude to me when I arrived because they said they would drop the price and then after a hour drive they changed their minds. Young guy who looks Indian who said “I’m basically the manager” was rude and on a power trip in his mind. Someone should tell him that basically the manager isn’t the manager. Told me to GO BACK TO GRAND RAPIDS when I started to walk out after they started talking loudly. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I can see why they are located where they are inside a big barn looking store. May have good prices but the products are worn, scratched, dented and they say it isn’t. Very bad business

If a company can make more parting out a tv then why would they continue listing the same tv for over 3 months continuously lowering the price. Lol This Kelly chick is funny. Terrible service. Highly Would never recommend. They talk to you like you are nothing. No respect. Don't even bother wasting your time with them.....correct and you were up selling and lied about your mower being there for one day...I drove past three times in the past week and a half and seen that mower outside lol nice try but yes I also referenced the mower around the corner was cheaper but never said a pawn shop nice try also when I walked in the store I was never greeted or spoken to. Had to wait for service so I walked around. Seen something I was going to grab but simply asked a question on an item just to see how you'd sell me on that item but not did I want the rider I wanted a whip I have 1500 in cash in my pocket I had just gotten paid but the terrible service turned me away. I'm just saying my experience with the customer service...

Responded to a listing on FB Marketplace, in regards to an outdoor TV. Individual who replied, apparently "the owner" accepted an offer on the T.V. As of this morning was in contact with this "so called" owner, and notified him that I would be at their business within 2 hours...hour drive. He replied okay. Arrived at the business on time, only to find out that this "owner" wasn't even in, nor expected to be at this store. Gets better, the help informed me the set I was there to purchase was "SOLD" the "DAY PRIOR". Found another set, one not even listed on FB and a lesser known brand. Seemed like old school bait /switch...
