The TV Chopshop — Local services in Lansing

They sent me the wrong part for my tv and for 3 weeks nobody will answer my e-mails, phone messages, ive left messages on their website, very piss pour way to run a business, so here I sit with my broken part and the wrong part they sent me and I even purchased the 2 year warranty but none of it is doing me any good! I'm out $40 dollars and no tv, don't do business with this half assed business, they suck! An update on wrong tv part; The chop shop needs to update their response, they were wrong, they found at least 10 emails from me that they never responded to, so they sent me another part for my still broken tv, insinuating I didn't know what i was talking about, AGAIN they sent the wrong part. Being a little confused on who knows what, it cost me $11.50 to send wrong part back to them, and they've sent another wrong part so that's another $11.50 it'll cost me to send it back to them! Asking for a refund on part plus $23.00 for postage of returning wrong parts. I supplied them all the numbers and pics off my tv and board but they just can't get it right! Wondering how long will they drag out the refund? Ordered a power supply from these guys off of NewEgg. Ordered on a Tuesday morning, they said it’ll be a week or so until I get it. Much to my surprise, they had the label created that day and shipped out, saying I’ll get it that Friday. Awesome, I thought.
