Fernandito’s Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Laramie

Food 10/10, atmosphere 10/10, service 10/10. There is nothing at all I can think of this restaurant can do better, they are very nice very good food. They are open super late and food is very good. All the workers are very nice and the food is very good. You can order food in English or Spanish if it is easier, this is because the food is very good. If you come here and order something and don’t really know what it is, it’s ok because it’s going to be very good. They also have interesting drinks that are very good, the food is also very good as well! Out of all the good things I have to say about this restaurant I would most like to say that the food is very good. If you come here and order something, you can expect the food to be very very good! They also have a drive thru which means you can enjoy their good food without even leaving your vehicle, that’s pretty innovative if you ask me!! If you prefer you can also order food and eat it at the nice clean and sanitary tables they have available! They also have a toppings table bar that has things like peppers and salt and stuff, which is a great addition to the very good food! Carne Asada Fries! Very cheap very good, large portions of food that is very good. Don’t underestimate the goodness of the food. This food puts the ood in good. Good food is what you find here and nothing else. They also deliver through door dash which means you can still enjoy their food if you are too intoxicated to drive, just download the DoorDash app and look up Fernanditos and you will see their full menu and you can order it to your door!...

I was happy to see that they are open so late into the evening. I think the language barrier created some challenge but not in a bad way. The food was pretty good. I think more growth in the kitchen is awesome to learn and grow and go and customer service is also something that can be work through. I ordered huevos rancheros. I usually get that because you get a little taste of everything. For me if a person can cook an egg it's a good start if they can't then it's a little insightful about how the meals going to be.

Would I eat there again? probably one more time to see if they just are having an off night. We were there around 11 or midnight

If it all moves more positively next time,, then I will change my ranking later on.

I specifically asked if they have shredded beef because chunks of beef are to hard to chew and I hate them but even though they said yes it was tough chewy pieces of over seasoned beef inside. However I was not going to go back a third time and request anything different as I had to go back already to ask for food that was not covered in an entire can of thick red sauce. Also got a beef quesadilla that didn’t even get halfway eaten by my boyfriend and he wasn’t happy with the over stuffed tough meat and barely any cheese. As for the fish taco I wouldn’t recommend that overcooked, under sauced, over lettuced, dry taco either. Thank god this is just a stop along our route and I will never have to accidentally order...
