Wendy's — Restaurant in Laramie

I came here to order food after driving ten hours on the road and after waiting twenty minutes nobody approached the counter to take anyone's order they were only focusing on doordash they had three employees who was literally the blind leading the blind (3blind men) im guessing why they were all on the shift together seeming as nobody wanted to work the night before Christmas the manager was literally making one burger every 6-8 minutes moving to the counter to play with the bag to assist the guy who was drive thru attendant which the whole hour i was there waiting not one car pulled thru drive thru so why does the manager need to assist him putting a burger and fry in the bag when the line was backed up he should have stayed making burgers I even suggested it because we were all talking like nobody is making burgers the other guy who was dropping product in grease picked up three chicken patties with his bare hands and dropped them in the grease to cook so nasty I definitely said I didn't want him making my food also the sheriff and other ppl they must of knew ordered after me but got there food first and when they finally decided to get my order he tries to give me a burger that had been sitting there the whole while I was waiting i said no sir i want a hot burger for as long as I been waiting I worked and managed fast food for 14 years this was the absolute worse and if someone will be waiting give them everything fresh they need re training along with help if three ppl aren't enough at night and they wasn't busy they just moved so slow which backed all the orders up smh then a guy who works in the area said it's always like this and that is a shame I blame the general manager for poor training and bad behavior if you move fast you get more money on orders you move slow not as much money so many ppl walked away because the line wasn't moving that's money out the door how are you going to beat last year's sales moving so slow DO BETTER...

Came in at lunchtime and food came out slowly order a Dave's Dave's dubble and a large chili with cheese and only got a regular size chili when I pointed it out to the employee he told me that It would be a few minutes before for I would get a new since they were making a new batch of chili and that he would bring it out to me 30 minutes later I still didn't have my chili and went back up to the counter and asked for my money for the large chili back and was told by a woman that she was not aloud to give refunds and that the manager was going to have to take care of it the manager was the man that told me that he would get me my chili and never did so when he came to the counter he said that he would not give me the money for my chili back and that I would have to wait for my order I told him if he didn't give me my money back that I would call the cops after that he opened the cash register and gave me my money and in doing so told me that I was banned from ever coming back and snapped I picture of me with his cell phone and said that it was so he could put it up with a sing say dont server this person to witch I replied that is just fine with me and that I was going to call wendy's corporation and file a formal complaint about him and the store

07-29-2025 Came in and placed an order it was made right but was cold. Had to clean my own table the people that work here are not compatint enough to do there job wendy's need to come in and clean house here. The kitchen staff was playing music so load that you could here it in all parts of the restaurant I would strongly recommend against coming to this restaurant i hope that someone will fix all the problems with...

My fiancé and I just came here this evening, and the experience was pretty rough. I ordered on the app for the first time, and we got there maybe 15 minutes before they closed. We checked in our order after a little fuss, cuz the order couldn’t be found for a minute, then went to the gas station right next door to grab a sweet treat before we picked it up. (Took less than 5 minutes.) When we went back through the gas station to Wendy’s, lights were off, there was a trash can and sign blocking the way, and our food was left on the edge of the counter. We asked a lady who was sweeping the floors if we could get past to get our food and drinks, and she looked at us like we were the BIGGEST pain in her butt before she said “Yes.” After we grabbed our food, and we started to leave, but the lady told us in a pretty rude tone that all doors were locked except for the gas station’s. We had to walk through the barricade of the trash can and huge poster sign CARRYING OUR FOOD AND DRINKS, through the gas station back to our car, and when we got there, my nuggets were COLD. Like ice cold, and there was pretty much no sauce at all. My burger was lukewarm and sloppily made so I had to put it together myself. My fiancé was disappointed because his burgers were similar. He ordered two bacon burgers and I ordered a Jr Bacon burger with fries and honey bbq nuggets. I’m upset. I’d be less upset if my food was well done and warm, because I understand wanting to go home after a long night. But I deserve what I pay...
