Unpleasant Surprise with Tipping

I recently dined at your establishment and enjoyed the food very much. However, I was disappointed to discover that the waitress had already included the tip herself without informing me. It would have been appreciated to know that gratuity was already added as well but the waitress did not provide a receipt before hand and when I had said I’m ready to pay she turned over the device with the set amount but I was unaware she had already tipped her self around 15+ Dollars. Please address this issue to your staff. I believe the waitresses name was (Monica). Thank you.

Barra’s 83 Mexican Restaurant Review

I recently visited Barra’s 83 Mexican Restaurant and had a pretty good experience overall. I ordered three beef fajita tacos, which were flavorful and well-seasoned. The portion size was decent, and the tortillas were fresh.

I also tried three different drinks, all of which were tasty but unfortunately lacked strength. If you’re looking for a place with well-crafted cocktails that pack a punch, this might not be the spot. However, if you enjoy flavorful drinks without much alcohol, you’ll probably enjoy them.

The atmosphere was nice, and the service was friendly. While I enjoyed the food, I wish the drinks had been a bit stronger. Overall, it’s a solid spot for good Mexican food, but if you’re expecting a strong cocktail, you might be a little...

We came in craving a great burger and a cold beer—and Barra 83 delivered beyond our expectations. The service was outstanding. Mrs. Lupita is simply fabulous. The remaining staff were attentive without being intrusive, always on top of what we needed, and fully aware of our dining experience. From the first bite to the last sip, everything was spot on.

The burgers were phenomenal—every detail, from the bun to the toppings, was executed perfectly. You can tell care goes into every plate. It truly was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
