Amy completely destroyed my hair by overprocessing it and I am devastated. I spoke extensively with Joe and Amy about how I wanted to slowly lighten my hair for a special event several months out, and that hair integrity was my number one priority over color. Amy said she understood and that she had the capacity to do this. She did not. My hair was completely ruined. Updated edit in response to owner I have the text messages from less than 12hrs after my appt where I raised my concerns with you. You knew what you'd done to my hair - You hid it with styling to get me out of the door and then wanted nothing to do with helping me. Fully refunding me was not enough after what you did to me. You should have taken responsibility. You behaved terribly that day and clearly continue to do so. Do NOT trust this salon - The owner is bad juju (mal yuyu - mala suerte) and has some of the worst energy I've ever experienced, and you do not want that energy...

Recently went in for a haircut, and I could not be happier with the results and service. To start off, they offer a variety of drink choices and snacks. I ordered an iced caramel coffee, and it was honestly some of the best coffee I have tried. Far superior than Starbucks/dunkin donuts/ 7brew for sure. Shout out to the girl who made my coffee because it was seriously BOMB Alejandra was my stylist, and she did an amazing job all around. She listened to what I wanted and even gave me recommendations as to what would look good on me. She was able to give me a different look without cutting off more than an inch from my length, which I appreciate so much given the many times I’ve gotten haircuts at others places and have gotten hair chopped off more than I wanted. On top of that, Ale was a total sweetheart. 10/10 recommend this...

I had the best experience at The Beauty bar! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. I came in for babylights, and let me just say… they nailed it. The color is soft, natural, and blended so beautifully — exactly what I had envisioned, if not better.

The stylist really took the time to understand what I wanted and explained every step along the way. You can tell they care about getting it just right. The end result is bright, fresh, and effortless — I’ve gotten so many compliments already!

The salon itself is super clean, stylish, and cozy — such a relaxing vibe. I left feeling like a brand-new version of myself. Highly recommend to anyone looking to refresh their look with someone you can actually trust. Can’t wait for my next...
