It is very rare to see quality customer service at restaurants. They usually want you to go in and out and leave, the staff doesn't care about you, just your money.

That's not the case here at Gateway Bagel Co, from the moment you get down the car, the amazing smells from the food truck hit you and automatically entrance you, as I walk forward I was greeted with the warmest welcome - the young girl that took care of me was girl by the name of Alexia, she was very excited, super helpful and very patient with me

I say patient because she talked me through her entire menu, telling me what was popular, and telling me the hidden gems of the establishment. She was a real rockstar. She didn't want my money, she wanted me to have a great experience.

I first heard about this place back in May and I really wanted to try it out. So I drove all the way to their downtown location. I ordered the New York bagel with an iced coffee and everything was absolutely delicious. I was so impressed, I asked for another bagel to go for lunch later, but this time I ordered the pizza bagel. When it was time to enjoy my bagel, I noticed that I wasn't tasting any pepperoni. It turns out there wasn't any. There was only mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce in my bagel. Very disappointing. I haven't been back since. The downtown location has a very nice, enjoyable atmosphere, but if you're going to take anything to-go, double check your order...

I love gateway bagel, everything is always perfect ! But today I got a bagel “the New Yorker” and it was missing the bacon…. I didn’t check it until I got home because I always trust that they will get things right… because they always have. It upset me a little bit because my husband and I choose that one because of the bacon and cheese combo. Just a bit disappointed but the food is good other than that just check your order before heading out. The owners are very attentive to everything but I guess this morning...
