If you're in Laredo, this is definitely a MUST. Recently found out about this hidden Gem in Laredo City and to be honest I could say, effortlessly, that this is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. Prices are highly accessible, the service is pretty fast and the food definitely exceeded my expectations, it felt like a real Fondita from Mexico. To drink we got a Cafe de Olla which was not sweet at all, but they give you sugar on the side to adjust to your taste, as well as milk in case you want to add to it too, the coffee included three cookies so you can start to open the appetite while your meals are prepared. We decided to give various dishes a try since everything sounded really good. First we got the Mini Menudo Combo which was a bit more than a cup and it included one Taco of your choice, we got the Barbacoa Taco. The menudo itself was very tasty and the Barbacoa was really good as well. Also we got the Enchiladas Callejeras and I can say easily that these are the best Enchiladas I've tried in the city, they're well served, flavors are balanced and they come with a side of beans, rice (yes, real mexican rice not tex-mex) and a small portion of salad which gives the entire dish a fresh twist, the enchiladas don't include sour cream but you can order it on the side which takes the dish to a new whole level. On the other hand we got the Huarache, it was very big and loved that you can choose the type of sauce as well as the meat, we ordered half with green salsa and half with red one, and for meat we got the beef steak as well as Chicharrón en Salsa Roja, all I can say is that we devoured it, enjoying every bite of it. Definitely we'll come back to try out the rest...

Great small restaurant I see alot of really great reviews about this place. But unfortunately my experience was the opposite. Went in with my family since i was recommended to this restaurant the food looks fantastic but the taste is not so great than on my plate as i was still eating saw it had a really long black hair on my plate. I let them know they offered to bring me another and accepted it but ill be honest I wasn't comfortable anymore not a single lady working in the back wearing a hairnet paid about 80 bucks which is about what i spend for breakfast with my family of 5 so the price is not bad pretty much for me it was the taste that was not good and the hair in my food other than...

I was a bit skeptical about how the food would be due to many recommendations some places tend to be overhyped, Happy to say not just the food was great, but so was the service. The ambiance is really homely and clean.

I wanted to try a house specialty so the waitress recommended a Pambazo it Was the most delicious and the Jamaica fresh water is made with natural Jamaica you cab just tell

Over all 10/10 would recommend I do recommend checking their FB page for pic since the menu's don't have pictures other than that solid place to grab a quick bite or lunch will definitely be...
