Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Laredo

This Little Caesars has members who are painfully unprofessional. They were so distracted with gossip that when I tried ordering cheesy bread with my pizzas they completely dismissed it, making me have to make a second transaction and holding up the drive through. It was a group of girls who crowded the window, they were unclear, distracted, and can’t even get a simple order of two hot and ready pizzas with cheese bread right. Hell! When i tried ordering the cheese bread they were genuinely confused, asking if I meant crazy bread/bread sticks. I just sighed and said yes, the boards before the drive through show cheese bread as a completely different item, the fact that a collective of employees didn’t even know what I was trying to order is very sad. The food itself was warm, whatever stuffed crazy bread I got was tasty and seasoned well.. however the pizza I got was stale and seemed like it was in a warmer for far too long. 2/10, I won’t be spending my money here again. I’d rather go to another store or spend the extra cash on some places that are competent like Pizza Hut or literally...

This franchise doesn’t participate with ordering online through the app. Which also means no online “deals”. I asked the lady what pizzas were ready (hot-n-ready) she mumbled something soft and fast. I turned off my A/C and told her I couldn’t hear her if she could repeat that. If she didn’t say it faster the second time, she said it just as fast. I told the cashier to charge me for more pepper and cheese she said it was free but someone came from the back move her alway and gave me the pizza and told me that was all. I don't know if they have a limit on pepper and cheese but if the customer is asking for it and is paying for the extra thing they should be friendly not rude to the customers that are paying him to be working.
