Horrible service all the time I go!!! I always go through drive thru and every time, and I do mean EVERY TIME I go they forget something and when you tell them they think you’re lying they think you grabbed the item and hid it in your car or something cause they ask for the bags back, then when they see it’s their fault they don’t even offer an apology, they get mad and make faces. It has happened to me that I get home and realize that I’m missing something and you call and they never answer so I have to go all the way back and you tell them that they didn’t answer their phone and the manager never gives an explanation or apology for the inconvenience. I have had it that is why I’m writing this review to see if maybe this changes things. Oh and the customer service is so bad too they never tell you thank you or nothing they just give you your stuff and that’s it. And when you’re ordering they r hurrying you up saying “is that it?” After each item you order, then when you go fast on them they’re all slow. what kind of words r that maybe a “would that be all” or when I’m done talking ask that unprofessional question “is that it?” But no I’m serious it’s sounds so rude, and I’m pretty sure it’s not just me cause it’s happened to my brother in law too. Every time they forget something it’s always a burger or sauces for nuggets I mean it’s not fair because if you want an extra sauce they wanna charge you extra so then if you don’t give me my sauce then give me back my 25 cents then. Read moreI ordered at the drive thru and the order taker told me the price was 9 dollars and some change, I get to the window and as I was about to ask something, this chubby older lady, who is a manager(white shirt), she told me to put my mask on as if she was wearing the appropriate mask herself. She was not using a tray to accept my transaction and giving me my change. I asked her to add 6 dipping sauces and she told me it was gonna be 16 dollars and some change, I asked why so much, she said you can't just get the drink large it also has to be the fries. I did not want to argue, so I just told her to make the combo how it is. I had gotten a large drink before at this restaurant, I mean all McDonald's drinks are a dollar which ever size.
