McDonald's — Restaurant in Laredo

The WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Not only was the food bad, it was the so called manager worse. Maria A. Who worked on 3/13/21Sunday morning shift lacks professionalism and manners. Her broken English is hard to understand in the first place it was her profanity that was shocking. I had never seen a person loose her cool. Whatever she had going on that morning she should had left it at the door when she came to work. I am still in Awe by her conduct and her stupidity. She need to learn how to talk to customers and treat people with respect before given a position that she claimed with pride. What a ugly human being it's sad to see someone like hold a position like who suppose to lead by example. I've been going to that McDonald's location my whole life because I grew up in the area some of my fondness memories of my childhood memories happen to be there and now I won't even dare to go back...

Cashier at front was helpfully. Nice and polite, I missed his name. I wish I paid attention if he had a name tag. The manager needs to approve the sale, which is over $30.00. Ridiculous. Mostly the visit was going to a good one till I have to use the restroom and one laddy cook come out from toilet same time as me and she DIDN'T WASH HER HANDS!!! WENT BACK TO HER STATION AND STARTS PACKING FOOD! by that time, we already ate our food. Gross and unsanitary. McDonald's worst restaurant in the country is blocks from the border off of I35. Worst customer service and yeah you don't matter to them. Plus you better speak Spanish only as all the employees will only speak Spanish to you even if they know English. My suggestion would be to go to any other McDonald's in the Laredo area. Oh and expect to be told to park and wait for your order no matter what it is. Yup even a bag of ice or a soft serve cone. Absolutely the absolute worst Micky Dees in the country!
