Pino Burger — Restaurant in Laredo

Food was perfect. Customer service was horrible. The two ladies at the counter never asked for refills. Another customer came and she was not served until a customer told the ladies she was there, they were only talking and eating. It looked really bad they were just eating in a restaurant and not serving. Too bad the taste is amazing. I’m not sure there is anyone in charge the employees were talking and eating the whole time and never paid attention to me and no one said anything . Too bad the food is good but there is no desire to go back to a restaurant that lets their workers to eat and talk. And the restrooms had no toilet paper. 6/18/23 1:35 pm Pésima atención! Nuestra primera y última vez que bajamos mi familia y yo a comer dentro del restaurante! Llegamos al lugar a la 1:35 pm ordenamos y después de 30 minutos llegó otra familia que se sentó en la mesa de al lado de nosotros, y ordenaron su pedido para comer y a los 15 minutos les entregaron sus comidas. Y mis hijos y yo, nos quedamos de qué!?! Porque les están entregando su pedido de comida a ellos, si nosotros llegamos desde 45 minutos antes que ellos!? Entonces después de que les entregaron los pedidos de ellos (la otra familia que llegó 30 minutos después de nosotros) nos empezaron a llevar 1 x 1 lo que mis hijos y yo habíamos ordenado! Me molesté tanto que le pregunté a la mesera que porque estaban atendiendo a la otra mesa si ellos llegaron 30 minutos después de nosotros. Y la respuesta de la mesera fue: esque ellos pidieron algo a la parrilla. Pero yo veía que llevaba varios platos de hamburguesas y de otras comidas. Le respondí a la mesera. Esa es una falta de respeto! Y de muy mala educación de parte de ustedes! Y le pedí hablar con alguien encargado del restaurante. Y me contestó que los únicos que estaban era ella y el cocinero.! Por favor! Si esto lo ve y lo lee el dueño del local. Déjeme decirle: ponga más atención a su negocio. Ya que de allí depende su comida que lleva a su boca. Creo que a usted le gusta llevar su taco o su comida a su boca con un buen sabor y con un ambiente agradable?!
