Updating my review. The app is probably not working properly. I typed in the instructions to cut the pizza to 16 slices but during checkout it did not say, and they didn’t cut it like instructed. I removed 1 star because the tipping culture is getting out of hand. I ordered online, drove and literally got out of my car and inside the restaurant to pick up my order and the order was paid on the app. I have done this before and I just pick up my order since it is paid. This time the lady who gave me the order first gave me a receipt to fill in the tip and asked me to sign it. I’m happy to tip the waiter when I go out to eat at a restaurant and gladly give a generous tip for exceptional service. But I am picking up my food inside, no service was provided other than preparing the food I paid for, I was not waited on. The tipping culture is ridiculous. This is the only reason for removing 1 star, not the buggy app.
Updating my review from a year ago. The service is still great and pizza is always great tasting and loaded with toppings properly. I always visit this location because I know service is good. I hope they sell beer pitchers again soon.

Read moreI had a frustrating experience with this location. When I placed my order, I specifically asked the front counter employee to help me confirm it because it was BOGO wings day. He told me it was fine, but when I picked it up, I was missing about $17 worth of food. On top of that, I was never notified that my order was ready, so by the time I went in (well past the quoted time), the food had been sitting and was cold.
What made the situation worse is that the same employee who told me my order was correct couldn’t handle the problem when I brought it up. I understand not knowing every solution, but after working there for so long, I would expect him to know how to handle a situation like that without just dismissing me.

Read moreVery poor service! There’s no structure on how they handle the orders either for delivery, carry out, or dine in. The food is never prepared as requested and it’s always overcooked. They take hours to delivery the food and there’s never a decent manager on duty to handle these situations accordingly. This experience has been going on for years and I highly don’t recommend it nor will I order from that location ever again. I recommend the one on Guadalupe St and do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time nor money at this location unless you want to be disappointed. If Pizza Hut sets their price higher than other pizza locations we should expect a better service experience and well prepared food in return.
