He repeats the order a couple if times. Paid, got the cups for drinks. He waited for an average of ten min, which the manager on duty, reminded them that his order had not been filled. Question him about his order and prepared it. Since we were talking on the phone, I ask him is he on his way home. No, not yet. It took him 14:306 min to get his order done. I placed a mobile order at 2:29pm with a pick up time for 2:45pm. I arrive at 2:47pm and they had not even started with mine. Even though they had my receipt printed out. As they finish preparing it, they were 2 small combos, so drinks included, and I told her to give me the cups so I can fill them up and she gave me attitude and said my order didn’t have any. I explained how they’re combos and showed her my email receipt EVEN THOUGH she had the printed one in front of her. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to get the cups. As she handed them to me she didn’t even thank me. Terrible customer service....

I ordered 2 sets of wings combo a 6pc and 12c all my wings were cold with sd and they forgot my mash potatoes my fries completely cold as well and with no ranch how can u give wings without ranch I also ordered 2 chx sandwichs both under cooked after a long day at work and pregnant I didn't want to go home and cook so I decided to get Popeyes which is right next to my job but everything came out to disappoint.
