Pollo Feliz Express — Restaurant in Laredo

First i want to mention that the prices are very reasonable. I usually get 2-3 piece chicken dinner that includes rice and beans with three tortillas, chips and salsa which is enough for a grown person to get full on, but if you’re really hungry you might have to order more. I ordered a coke, full fajita quesadilla, chips and salsa and the lady told me that it comes with chips and salsa and asked if I wanted extra, I replied no that would be plenty but when I received my order it was brought to me by a male and he didn’t bring chips and salsa so I let him know that he had forgotten them and his reply with a not so pleasant look on his face was that the quesadilla doesn’t come with it, I informed him that the lady that took my order said it did, he walked away with attitude and brought me the rest of my food which at this point I’m already full so I take the rest of the quesadilla and chips and salsa with me, when I got home I was hoping to enjoy my chips and salsa but the salsa was rotten. And as for the quesadilla I wasn’t impressed with it because it was bland, the only flavor was the tortilla with burnt spots(which I like) and had to add lots of guacamole and pico to make it taste decent. P.S.- The full quesadilla is more than enough food...

I went inside to order to go. I had ask for small paper bag to put my salsas and the lady said they don't provide that. I told her I don't mind if I have to pay for it, she said no that I can 'throw' them in the bag with the food. I just bought $90 worth of food and they can provide a PAPER bag. Also, while I was waiting for my food, the same lady was making fun of the customer at the drive thru. I have had minor incidents through the drive thru and didn't complain. Now that I heard how they talk about customers and my experience today, will I go...

I always buy pollo feliz but today I had to canceled order ! I was waiting inside for the order when I saw a thin ball headed man touching the thrash then scratching his beard, head and last his nose ! He went into the kitchen and started serving the orders never once did he wash his hands ! There was also a young girl with long hair re doing her ponytail and then went and handled the food ! It should be all recorded in their cámara ! It was so 🤮 disgusting to see this ! They need to use gloves ! Just go and observe they need to improve on...
