Let me start with.. we had a nice greeting from the hostess who was busy cashing someone out...we were lead to a clean table. And our waiter was SUPER ATTENTIVE....bless his nervous heart. All the waiters were. But ours takes the prize to make sure we were okay. Strike one... this place does not offer chips and salsa. Which is not a requirement but a let down. We were offered crackers, butter, tartar sauce, and pickled jalapeños and carrots. We ordered the big hamburger and fries for my husband who was appeasing my craving for fish tacos and I ordered shrimp tacos. The big bacon cheeseburger was big lots of bacon that seemed to be deep fried and super crispy. Almost to the point of burnt. The French fries were not fresh cut but they were fine. My 3 tacos were great. There were 4 different bottles of hot sauce (not made in their kitchen) but I did ask for an avocado sauce that was offered in another dish. It had little flavor and was satisfied when I added a habanero sauce in a bottle that was on the table. My biggest disappointment was the rice. It was a white rice seasoned with Chicken bullion that tasted like it came from instant. The rice tasted fine in fact it had pieces of cherries (the kind you put on drinks) in it. That was a nice surprise. But wrong. Tacos and white rice? The inside was nice. I read they had entertainment, I forgot what...

from the beginning the waitress was kinda snobby and rude, but thats not my main complaint here. i ordered the fish tacos. it said on the menu that it was fried tilapia fish with the maiz tortilla, cabbage, and a spicy avocado creamy sauce. the tacos came instead with a non creamy cilantro salsa that didnt taste good with the tacos and the fish tasted so off and weird like catfish. the tacos just werent good in general so i asked the waitress if i could switch out the plate, instead, the owner/manager (an older man) came and asked me what was wrong with my plate. i told him the fish tasted off not like tilapia at all and that the salsa wasnt even the correct one. he argued how this was correct like the menu said (even though it wasnt) so i asked if i could just get a different plate and he said NO, he would not switch out the food. he did not care about making the customer satisfied at all. instead he said he’d make me another sauce. so later the waitress brought me back a super spicy creamy sauce. it didnt even have a nice taste though. it was horrible i couldnt eat any of the food. horrible first experience and i will never come back again. i only came because my bfs family treated me to it, but the owner/manager was horrible and the waitress seemed she rather be elsewhere. horrible...

The dining experience provided was satisfactory in terms of food quality; however, we encountered significant service delays. Our visit was to celebrate a friend's birthday, and while we enjoyed some beverages, the service was notably slow. Each time we requested a beer, it took approximately ten minutes for the server to return with our drinks.

Additionally, the food, although delicious, took nearly an hour to arrive. We intended to enjoy the occasion and have a pleasant time, but we left feeling disappointed, especially as our birthday cake remained untouched due to the delays. This level of service does not align with our expectations for special occasions, and we believe there is room for improvement in this regard.
