They charge a fee for canceling orders for merchandise that they have not yet ordered. They gave about 3 to 4 different delivery dates/eta. I don’t care that you’re on back order with your merchandise, if I call a day after trying to cancel the items you should not charge a fee. Especially if you have not placed the order for the merchandise. We made the purchase on the 22 of January. It is feb 17 and the lady told me it wants available for order until the 1 of feb. Had we been told that we wouldn’t have ordered anything. Don’t go here, they lie to people to get you to sign something only so that you are forced to pay.
