Whataburger — Restaurant in Laredo

This Whataburger in Laredo Texas was absolutely great... I had a Whataburger w/cheese, bacon & grilled jalapenos(ALL UP IN YA'S) as I like to call em! Whoo hurts so good 👀😢👀!!! Anyhoo, at first I felt my order was taking kind of long, but once I got called by nice older lady, I felt a feeling, I haven't felt in a LONG TIME by any establishment lately. Worker made sure I got ketchup, spicy ketchup and asked if I needed any other condiments? She put extra napkins, she even said refresh your drink before you go, I said, no I'm ok, she said, here, what are you drinking? I said Dr. Pepper and she took my drink and refilled it for me then very pleasantly wished me great rest of day!!! It was almost like my one of my own Nana's was serving me and I left feeling really good, smiling! I walked out to my semi truck parked Bobtail in their parking(which has 4 or 5 truck parking for straight trucks or Bobtail semi trucks, so a big plus there. But when I began eating, food was hot, delicious, and was plump and juicy, burger actually looked like the photograph up on windows and order board!!! Man I was really impressed by the care and dedication every employee seem to strive for to make your meal and your time at this establishment the best it can be!!! FOR REALS!!! Place was spotless by the way! Both inside and out!! I got to Laredo frequently and you best believe I'll return to this Whataburger when I do come to town... I live a block away from a Whataburger in Tucson Arizona, they can't hold a candle to this Laredo Whataburger!!! Alright! There...

WORSE MANAGER EVER. Food was fine but our soda had no syrup, we asked if they can check it and they just gave us the same soda. we asked again and the manager told us that’s the way it comes so we asked for Dr Pepper and she said it’s going to be the same thing. Then she’s asked us “ so what do you want?” With the worst attitude!! So We just asked for a refund for our drink and she snatched the receipt out of our hand. We told her that as a manager she should be more accommodating and that she was rude. She processed to tell us that she’s not rude and that this is the first complaint she had in seventeen years and laughed in our face. She could not even apologize right. She was trying to close the window in our face as we were talking to her. She’s was so inappropriate and should not be a manager. The worker were more accommodating then she was! She was so mean and rude! Just horrible!! Whataburger should really be checking who they are...

when they have open the dining area they're too good with the customers, they're awesome, but on drive thru is different.

First of all, after they take my order at the door, they send me to make the order again on the drive thru area, on these area the speaker doesn't work good, I have to scream to be able to make my order.

When you eat inside, you can grab the number of ketchup that you want, so I wanted 6 ketchup, but they refuse to give me 6, they said that only will gonna give me 2, after I was made the order 2 times via drive thru and 1 at the door.

So I said that when I eat inside, i can grab the ketchup that I want without any problem, and I wanted 6 ketchup to the fries and the burger, but they refuse to give me 6 ketchup, so finally I cancel the order after all.

So I don't think to go back to these place again, at least until they open the...
