Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Las Vegas

A manager by the name of Eric in las vegas New Mexico was very rude and impolite to me whn I went this morning after ordering a breakfast burrito for my boyfriend he's Xmas with sausage mine green with bacon nd sausage, noticed order was wrong nd let him know I didn't get bacon he thn asked for reciept so I gave it to him showing him I didn't have bacon on my thn cut in half burrito was disrespectful nd made a request to his workers to make me a side of bacon but with attitude.i still sat nd waited patiently after I heard one worker say here's the 2 slices of bacon I waited a bit before walking up to cash Register to see if bacon was ready nd he whispered to the attended sumthng thn turned around and got a spatchula and put me sausage in a tray said here's ur bacon I went out to tables nd let my boy friend know wht happened he went in nd talk to him nd the manager still refused to give us bacon nd said he couldn't because I had cut burrito nd had took a bite of it I found it disrespectful nd I paid for bacon nd got no bacon I don't care if he couldn't make me another burrito I only wanted wht I paid for the bacon even if on the side I could put it myself I was craving bacon paid for it I should've gotten it not be treated like the way he did with bad customer attendance or proper Custer service. !!!! Sorry bad he doesn't need to be any kinda manager if he has no people skills or customer satisfaction as his main priority he shouldn't be working there even as a regular employee much less manager poor at making sure satisfied or order was properly charged nd made as charged !!!very poorly handled 😪by...

I recently moved from Albuquerque to Las Vegas. I was happy to see a familiar favorite! Went in, everything seemed normal until it came to recieve my order of Breaded chicken combo with only cheese, green chili & bacon. They had to remake my sandwich 3 times!! The employees couldnt figure out how to just make it with green chili, cheese & bacon. I thank LotaBurger for being an E.O.E and staffing the whole place with developmentally challenged individuals.🍔🍔 02/10/18 Update: Went to LotaBurger today & they got it right the first time! Thanks lunch was great! Up 1 star!

04/17/2019 This location gets worse with time! Female with fresh arm tattoo prepares food with wound exposed. Manager with all the make-up gets high with crew in full view of customers. Food is never correct on my order. Coke dispenser needs a good cleaning! Soda tastes like mold. Down another star!

05/30/2019 Eating here this morning was so depressing! Seemed like employee's were sobbing with a real funeral vibe. I hope all is well👍 Food was prepared correctly today!

02/17/2020: Went to this location (out voted) for lunch. As usual the order was wrong, fries were limp & old. Restroom looked like it threw up toilet paper!

This building is ran to the ground! Smell of sewage inside, Potholes in the parking lot, cracked patio concrete, so be careful not to trip over the unevenness of the cracks! Enjoy!!

Blake's Lotabuger has been a New Mexico tradition since 1952, and customers have come to expect high quality ingredients, consistently well-cooked menu items, always served fresh and promptly. The Las Vegas, New Mexico location (2302 7th Street) is a glaring exception. My wife and I recently ordered two LOTA burgers, each with green chile and cheese, along with sides of French fries. The first thing that became apparent was that orders for all the customers were coming out slowly. My wife and I waited more than 25 minutes for our order, and in the meantime, we saw customers who had already placed their orders go up to the front counter to ask when their orders would be ready. When my wife and I did receive our order, the beef patty in each LOTA burger was lukewarm at best, the cheese had congealed, and the bun had not been toasted or even warmed. As my wife and I were eating our meal, the family next to us got its order and then commented aloud, "they got our order wrong." This Blake's Lotabuger is in a new building built on the same site as the old one (the photo of the previous Blake's Lotabuger is still on the Google webpage), but the new Blake's Lotabuger completely lacks the food quality and service of the old one. Until the new Blake's Lotabuger is able to meet the expected high standards in food quality and service, I would suggest skipping this location and ordering from the other fast food locations nearby...
