Fusion Tacos Las Vegas NM — Restaurant in Las Vegas

We were so excited to finally be eating at fusion tacos. We tried to get there on Valentine's of this year but we live a little over an hour north of Vegas. My grandma is from there, my mom, & several uncles. My husband has family there so we frequent there when we can. Needless to say we were not impressed. We had never been so we had no idea how to order. No one greeted or welcomed us. I think it's important to realize not everyone in New Mexico lives in the same environment. So not everyone realizes that not all restaurants greet you or will ask how they can help you today. We paid $60 and I feel like you're overcharging people. $17 for a sandwich with no sides? No chips? Nothing?! $15 for plain tacos? 4 tacos at that. I just asked for no onions. Not to hold all the garnish. Which were nothing to write home about. Lastly why am I tipping for no waitress and crappy chef ? It's not like you have phenomenal staff or a great chef who comes to check if the meal is up to your satisfaction. In all actuality I doubt we'll be back. We left there bought $20 in Taco Bell and we're much happier. Not a good...

I've been to their other locations and have great experiences, this location however has possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Spent almost 40 dollars for 4 tacos. (Apparently a taco meal is 2 tacos each according to the person at the window) waited an entire hour to get my food. Whenever someone would ask a question about their order the person behind the counter would throw their arms up and say that they didn't know then walk off to walk around in circles. It was so bad a customer got out of line to help behind the counter because none of the employees were calling out orders properly or setting off the buzzers when an order was ready, who knows what would've happened if she didn't jump in to help. (I hope she will be fairly compensated for her time helping)

Most people will chalk up the long wait time to growing pains as a new restaurant however that does not excuse the lack of customer service. Hopefully it will improve in time. I am unsure whether or not I will go back for another visit because this experience felt like something...

The food here is fabulous, with lots of great choices and variety, and the service is friendly. BUT, we've gone several times, and they have gotten our orders wrong every. single. time. And it takes a LONG time to get the food. So after waiting and waiting and waiting (in a very noisy environment), the food comes, and it doesn't match our order - examples: strawberry salad had no strawberries (they had run out and didn't bother to let us know, thought maybe we wouldn't notice?); ordered bacon ranch salad and it was served without ranch dressing (weren't told that they'd run out of ranch until it was served); avocado add-on to bacon ranch salad, which we paid extra for, wasn't included; ordered salmon and got tilapia instead; ordered Keto bowl, said no rice (cuz rice ain't keto), and got a bowl with rice mixed in with everything.
