After complaining to the General Manager and the corporate division of Carl's jr., over the last year, the restaurant has gone through a complete overhaul.
All the people that were working for them before were fired and now they've hired all new people, who puts a high priority on customer service.
After complaining about the health conditions in the women's bathroom, now theyre up to health code standards in the bathroom and all over the restaurant. :-) That's how it should be. They now have a list in the bathroom showing how often the bathroom is cleaned, and you can go in there now without feeling like you're contracting a disease!
I hate to talk so bluntly but I was raised in Southern California and those places were kept in Immaculate. Now, thanks to my time and effort, and complaining to the corporate division as a person who is raised going to that restaurant, I had a mission of wanting it to be a pleasant place for everybody, and now it is.
Now my neighborhood is more like a neighborhood and less like a "hood."
This place is a place I can go into and get a drink and it's actually nice.
I accidentally hit the wrong button on the review in a prior post and said there was a play area for kids- there is no play area.
I don't want anybody going down to Carl's Junior thinking there is a play area.
This is just a place where you can get a cheap burger or breakfast sandwich, or if you want something healthier try the Chicken Teriyaki Burger; it's one of the healthier things they have and have some good Chicken salad with dried cranberries that's really good. They're just...
Read moreI placed an order online for the first time and I wasn’t sure when it would be ready. Since I work in the plaza, I gave it about 10 minutes before heading to the store and asked the cashier how would I know when it would be ready. She said I had to accept something in the app so the order can come through on their side. Then I asked her if she can show me bc I wasn’t sure. She immediately said she didn’t know how to do it and couldn’t help me. She said she still didn’t receive the order then I asked how long does it usually take. I guess she took offense but I didn’t mean it rudely. I ordered on the app to make it a fast process that was the whole point. I finally told her I’ll just wait. A few minutes went by and she said she still doesn’t have the order in. During that time I was exploring the app and ran into recent orders and I guess my order was cancelled. I was so confused and I asked her why my order was cancelled, she said she didn’t know and doesn’t know anything. So I asked to speak with a manager because my card was charged and I still didn’t have my food.I showed her the transaction and the email and she still couldn’t help me She said there’s no managers in at all. They left me standing there for 5 mins before asking can someone take my order. Another person came in and asked has my order been taken I said no and Johanna walks up and starts taking the order because Sophia walked off to use her phone and then proceeded to give gifts to an employee in the lobby. when Johanna started taking my order she was making faces to Sophia in the back while she's hiding behind the soda machine because she didn't want to help take my order. The customer behind me said I'm writing a review on how they are treating you because of the bad customer service. Sophia hiding behind the soda machine proceeded to give gifts in the lobby rather then helping the customers on the drive thru or in the lobby. I told Johanna how rude it was to take my order and make faces at Sophia and not apologize for not taking my order or the rude customer service. as someone who use to be a manager at Carl's Jr the customer service is terribled nasty. I will not be coming back to this location because even the Spanish speaking was so rude and beyond me. watch the cameras you do not have good service here AT ALL .
