Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

At this point I'm surprised I don't have a taco when I open the box to my pizza when I order from Lil Caesars but I guess that would be an upgrade. The only thing that partially saves them is I'm usually only ordering from here for small children that actually would take pizza no matter how it comes but the degree that they get the most simplest orders wrong is laughable! I mean I order from their menu of pre selected choices and when I pick up it's NEVER right 😡. At this point it's infuriating, attached is a picture of what is supposed to be their stuffed pizza crust and well like the saying goes a picture is worth a thousand words. Got all the way home only to see this mishap and they address customer service like a wireless provider, you're first transferred to foreign agents only to be placed on hold for, I'll update you on that because I'm still on hold. I miss the days when pizza used to be fast, good and convenient.

UPDATE! STILL ON HOLD LOL! ... Only because they just answer and hang up mind you when I picked up the were was no wait and only one other person picking up so no it wasn't crowded. But I also just noticed they conveniently left out the sauce for my bread sticks so I'm convinced this place makes it a game out of getting orders wrong especially after reading other comments. And you won't get an answer because the location just hung answered and hung...

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude staff. Came in at 8:35 pm and ordered a pizza, was told they will NOT be making anymore fresh pizzas for the next hour and a half they are open for and you can only buy the old ones they have left. They have no reason just said they wouldn't and told us to go to another little ceasars. Called to talk to manager and had to call this location EIGHT times until finally someone answered. The same 15 year old kid got on the phone claiming to be the manager. Very rude again and when asked his name he said it was Eddie...don't really believe this. He said that they ran out of dough and weren't making pizzas. That's b.s. because they were still making pizzas when we were in there, just not for us. This place sucks. There were plenty of employees with nothing to do and I had to call 8 times with about 30 rings per call? They were just hoping no one ordered anything other than what they made and basically decided they were done working for the night. Would love for the GM to contact me because this is not the first time this place has sucked. I get it..cheap pizza, u get what u pay for..BUT I'm sorry I come from a time where you have some sort of pride in your work no matter what that may be..and these guys were just lucky to be awake..not a care for any customer in there. This review is for a negative experience I had here around 4 years ago. My husband sent me to get stuffed crust pizza for my son’s birthday and Little Caesars was a quick convenient place to get pizza by my place. The only cashier there was a short middle aged Hispanic lady she was really rude. I don’t know if she works here anymore because I haven’t come back since. She tapped her fingers on the counter at me while I was trying to figure out what else to get while I was on the phone with my husband because they no longer had stuffed crust because it was during the pandemic. I also couldn’t understand her very well because her English skills weren’t very good. She was annoyed with me, obviously didn’t like having me there, did not care to give me good customer service, and wanted to rush me. There was only one guy behind me who just got there. I was being kind and respectful to her yet she had an attitude with me and had no patience with helping me. I got annoyed with her in the end and wanted to leave so I just bought what me and my husband agreed to buy what was available. I did not want to continue wasting my time with her I bought two hot n ready’s and then I just left. She didn’t even say a thank you or have a nice day or even gave a friendly smile. I don’t like people like her she shouldn’t be working with customers because she is a very unpleasant...
