Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I definitely believe that Carl's Jr. hamburgers have a very unique and distinguished charbroiled taste that I have never been able to duplicate. They also seem to offer the largest hamburger and hamburger bun on the market, as well as the most desirable variety of hamburger side order mixes than any of their fast food competitors in the fast food marketplace. They seem to have a knack for creating the best quality, taste, appearance and flavor side items ie: French-fries, Criss cut fries. and Onion rings known to man! To top it off, I have found their restaurants seem to have the most consistently clean and desirable setting of their counterparts. Lastly, they provide delivery to your table which also sets them apart from all of their competition. After reading the history of Carl's Jr., and its creator "Carl" and his wife, the current owners of Carl's Jr. have done an amazing job of maintaining their high standards, obviously unique business sense, business ethics and professionalism. I consider Carl's Jr. to be a five star restaurant in their own right and highly recommend that everyone visit Carl's Jr. and experience ...

I came her at 8 am for coffee and two breakfast sandwiches. I get there order and go to window, Hispanic lady tells me to wait and points to her computer then immediately closes the window. After 10 minutes I see her through the glass and not updating me on anything. Then finally another Latina comes to the window with an attitude and asked me what did I order I repeat my order and she hollars at me that it will be after 10 minutes because they have sauce when I requested no sauce twice they the intercom. The other lady then takes my card & the one that hollared at me tells me that no card is excepted only cash ...I then tell her then why did she take my card . She grabs it quickly then gives it back to me and closes the window. Horrible customer service!! Rude as hell! No empathy! Never coming back here please...

1st and last time going here. Service was great except we weren't asked what sauce we wanted for chicken strips. By the way the Chicken Strips were the best menu item we got. Fries were room temp like they've been sitting. We parked in the parking lot to eat and they still weren't warm. The Big Carl was disgusting. How dare they compare that burger to a Big Mac lol...Look and tasted like an ampm burger. No char like..if it's flame or char broiled why don't I smell anything like I do at Burger King? 🤔

My wife got a hand breaded Chicken sandwich...that has to be thee smallest and priciest chicken sandwich around. Had to bite bread to get to the chicken. For $6 I want chicken busting out the bun. Not that good either. Very...
