I went to this place today to get food for my co workers asked to get the tacos plain with the stuff that comes on them on the said. The lady tells me she would have to charge me for the beans and such unless I want them on the taco. 2.00 for each taco for beans on the side witch they might not even eat. . . I ask to speak to manager and the lady her name was Veronica refused to get the manager for me then she began to talk about me in Spanish and since I work in the restaurant industry as well I do understand a little bit of Spanish so I didn't really appreciate the employee talking badly about the customer regardless of them is in a different language or not and even for that matter because I'm Caucasian and not Spanish or her to even speak about me badly in Spanish it's very rude and ignorant if a employee going to talk badly about a customer then do it so at least the customer can understand fully needless to say I left and I'm never going to be coming back to this establishment so I would recommend this to anyone who likes their employees or likes being treated badly as a customer then this is the place for you and if you want to be charged 350 for a taco plus $2 for each Taco to have the toppings on the side which already included in the price of the 350 then be told that if you want the stuff on the side of charge you extra because those are the rules but let me tell you where I work when they want chili and stuff like that on the side we definitely give it to them on the side and we don't charge them...
Read moreGreat food; tacos are slightly on the pricey side but they're very filling and it's totally worth it. If you're in a hurry and having second thoughts about committing to the drive-thru you should probably just run inside real quick. I've been stuck in the drive-thru line here for a good minute.
Now to address something a couple other reviewers have touched on. Sometimes employees of a business DO need to learn some better English and sometimes Google reviewers are just bigoted, and this is the latter case for sure. Language barriers shouldn't be an issue when you're ordering a freaking taco and if they are then you just have poor communication skills to begin with. But honestly I've been here several times and everyone can understand English just fine.
The one reviewer who says they charge extra for toppings on the side versus on the actual taco is MISTAKEN. If they charged you extra for a topping it's because that topping is extra, period, and it isn't their fault if you don't review the menu and prices before you decide to order something and commit to paying for it. This lady is just a hater and most of her reviews are one star. Furthermore, to her and everyone else for that matter, NO ONE is talking about you in Spanish you are a. totally paranoid and b. not that important lmfao.
Overall would totally recommend this place and I'm very picky about Mexican food,...
Read moreThis is my go to place when I want to treat myself to go Mexican food. The quality of this place is like a sit down restaurant but because of its fast food setting it is very convenient. The drive thru is a little awkward to get to and they take awhile. I have been coming to this place for years. My earliest memories of this place was when I was pregnant with my older son and I had a craving for this place. As soon as I finished eating morning sickness kicked in and lets just say I am glad they have clean bathrooms. To someone who hasn't been here this place may seem overpriced. Their tacos are not your average street tacos. They are almost like mini burritos. They have guac, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese and your choice of meat. One thing I did find out that is if you ask for those tacos with just the meat they charge you an extra $1 per taco. That's a mistake I made and I was surprised when we had a really huge bill. The burritos also come in a smaller size called Burrito Jr. If you are feeling extra hungry then a regular burrito will be enough. My husband likes to get it with the red hot sauce already inside. You do have to wait a little bit for your food to be ready and you do have to listen out for your number. I do like that each table has a bottle of Tapatio and their homemade salsas. The staff is always nice when we ask for limes on the side. I can't wait til I...
