Initially, I placed an order using the coupon, but I had to cancel it due to time constraints during my lunch break. Shortly after, I noticed my order was marked as âready for pickup,â so I called the store to inquire if it was still available. I was informed that it was not.
Later, I attempted to use my coupon again, but it wouldnât process. I called the store for assistance, and while the associate I spoke with initially offered me a discount, I asked if it would match the T-Mobile Tuesday coupon. He informed me it would not, and I sought clarification on how to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, during this interaction, the call was abruptly disconnected.
When I called back, I was connected with the supervisor, who admitted to ending the previous call. I expressed that this behavior was unprofessional and demonstrated poor customer service skills. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, the supervisor responded dismissively, stating, âthe customer isnât always right,â and sarcastically remarked that I wasnât getting a free pizza. This unprofessional attitude continued until he hung up on me again.
I went to the store to get the names of the employees involved to escalate this matter. A cashier with locs informed me I had spoken with âRayâ and âSayquanâ (apologies if Iâve misspelled the name). However, Sayquan kindly took the time to explain how the coupon worked and even honored the coupon price for my pizza. His professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue were greatly appreciated.
While I am grateful for Sayquanâs assistance, the overall experience was disappointing and highlighted serious gaps in customer service. I hope this feedback helps address these issues and ensures better service...

Read moreI ordered several Little Caesar's pizzas online, and my son went to get them. He brought home the right quantities of everything. One pizza was supposed to be half cheese and mushrooms and half sausage and bell peppers. I got a pizza that had all toppings on the whole pizza. I looked at the receipt. It was gobbledygook. I took a picture of my pc screen, packed up the pizza and went to the store while the rest of my family ate their warm pizza without me. Cameron was the MOD, he was not too happy I asked him his name. I asked him to explain the receipt, he looked and said my pizza was made right. Thank gawd I had my pic. I showed it to him, and he then offered to make me a new Pizza, and took the old pizza. I asked him if he was throwing it away, he said yes. I said I'll take it, he said he had to throw it away. Im thinking, I wont eat that as it was not what I paid for, but as a free pizza, Heck yah I'll pick off the mushrooms (and the wife can pick off the sausage and bell peppers) and we'll eat it. But no. LC messed up my order, this isnt me trying to scam them, but they have to throw away a good pizza. SMH Sad. 10 minutes later I had my pizza and nothing else. No sorry, no offer of a coupon or a discount or a free MM brownie.... Just no care in the world that my family ate dinner without me tonight. Shame on you LC for not doing a better job of caring about...
