McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Next time I will take a picture so you can put a face with the name Laura and Jose and the other two who would not give me their names. Three employees went into the bathroom today while I was in there washing my face (because it was 122 degrees outside) and all of them left out of the bathroom without washing their hands. This is after using it and flushing the toilet. They did leave out to go tell, I guess their supervisor, Jose that I was in there washing my face. Me washing my face, I'm assuming, is what caused them to not wash their hands (at least to Jose). This is the third McDonald's that I've been to and witnessed this filth. After Jose found out that they did not wash their hands, he never once told them to go back in to the restroom and wash their hands. They continued processing the food to serve the the guest. Not only is the water scorching hot in the restroom where I was spraying my cold water that I had just put into my spray bottle, over the children who came in hands. But, three staff members was dirty enough to use the restroom assuming they wiped their private area and then commenced to prepare food for the guest. I'm posting this so that you people Las Vegas will know this but I'm also reporting this to the health department as I feel they need to go and have swab all of their staff and check for feces. This is uncalled for this is illegal and they should not be tolerated. The manager Jose, he needs to be terminated immediately because he not only allowed one, nor too, but three of his staff to continue working knowing that they did not wash their hands and he felt it was okay. They say if we see we should tell so, I'm telling. And we wonder why we feel ill after eating some fast food. It has nothing to do with the food. Has to do with the preparation of it. The Mcdonald on Martin L. King and Lake Mead should be closed down. I am unable to give them seven negative stars, unfortunately! Oh my goodness, if the lines in the drive through don't keep you waiting for at least a minimum of 2 hours the inside keeps you waiting for 3 hours.

In the summer time the ice cream machine never works, they often run out of certain food items including certain size cups and ICE!!! OMG ICE! Never any ice the whole year round! Unbelievable!!! I don't know what is worse; people complain about the wait time, food being cold, wrong, old, Hard buns, parking in your order numbers when they did not place a mobile order, kids every where OR running out of ice every 4 hours! Take a survey and let the customers tell.

My daughter order chicken nuggets to eat while standing in line waiting for our order and was told, she could not order them because of some issues going on in the back. I question the manager on duty and she directed me to the kids area to obtained a phone number placed on a banner attached to a door to call. Wow!!! Who does this!

One thing I can say, "Events like this in the South or East will get you in a lot of trouble and visits from the health department and city. Here, you don't find that. So, if you ever come to this McDonald be prepared to stay for a day or two and pray that all goes well.

There is one new manager over there now who is moving the customers in and out. Hopefully, she can turn this place around but we should see. Although, I don't think she will survive the many issues ongoing there. Let close this business and place something else there with better control and a person who knows how to...

This review I have to dive in deep because I haven’t had McDonald’s in over 10 years (june2013).

Let’s start with the fact I chose this McDonald’s out of 4 in the area because of reviews…this was the only McDonald’s with a 1 star rating 4 weeks away so I went with this one with my fingers crossed because I wanted my one of many experiences to be GOOD/Fresh as possible.

Ordered a QCP w mac sauce and large fries my gf ordered 2 hot n spicys through the drive through shockingly the lady asked to pull up and wait for our food as I’ve know to get the QCP because it’s made to order with customizations can almost assure this will be made to order.

I did see homeless people outside the drive thru but nothing like the other reviews was saying…could use some location care and tighten up without the homeless and a little cleaner area this McDonald’s can be a 4 star McDonald’s.

Now my QCP was good/ hot no onions as ordered with mac sauce.. fries were decent I like a harder fry but def HOT and made me miss that McDonald’s fry taste.

Customer service was nice and great….the young man brought out our food and nicely went back and grabbed us sweet and sour.
