In summary, this is an excellent location with a highly efficient staff who truly deserve recognition. While there was a bit of a wait, it's evident that they are accustomed to handling a busy crowd. This team is putting in significant effort to ensure the success of this establishment.
Upon entering, the organization was apparent but slightly overwhelming with approximately 50 people in line to order. The staff did an excellent job managing this by forming clear lines, taking orders in both Spanish and English, and efficiently preparing them down the line, avoiding the need to repeat orders. When you reach the register, they verify your name, hand over your order, and there's a convenient exit door nearby. Overall, their performance was commendable.
Parking did not seem to be an issue, and there should be ample space available.
This location is kid-friendly and offers what you'd expect from most fast-food restaurants in terms of accommodating children.
Wheelchair accessibility is excellent, with handicap parking, easy sidewalks, and no notable obstacles apart from other guests and tables. If it's particularly busy, it might be more convenient to have someone else go inside, but everyone is...
Read moreIt was an interesting time in my life when I worked here, and this is not the first Panda location I have worked at.
Managers tend to only hire candidates that are of the same culture/language as they are (specifically Mexican and Filipino managers). I would go as far as saying they are even a little (a lotta) racist. I have observed on more than one occasion Filipino and Mexican associates underserving black customers, putting small portions on their plate, or denying or charging for certain sauces.
As for hiring opportunities, I recall once a female manager named Caren saying "Negritos, they don't like to work hard" in reference to her hesitation in considering black candidates, saying that "they work for one week and then they quit", which I wish I would have recorded our conversation during that part.
Out of all the jobs I've held in my years, this one was by far the worst. The employees at this location refer to each other as "buey" and "cabrona" which is derogatory names in Spanish, and this is NORMAL to them. The culture here is just toxic. I couldn't stay here any longer. Leaving this place was the best thing I did for my...
Read moreThis place was so horrible when i went inside there was a homeless man begging for money right outside the entrance door! and i told the Mexican girl at the cashier about it and she gave me a blank stair like she did not know English at all. As i waited in line there was a pile of at lest 4 napkins just on the ground not a single worker in the place was cleaning it up the whole time i was there. I had to tap the counter for the Mexican worker to even notice i was standing there, As i was ordering my food she gave my sweet and sour sauce and my teriyaki sauce to the customer behind me. When it came to paying i asked where is my 2 sauces with my order she gave me a blank stair yet again like she did not know what i was asking her all the employees was very rude to me the whole visit. I couldn't help but also notice the cooks did not have on gloves. When i got home with my order i did not get a fortune cookie in my bag. I would suggest if any one even thinks about going to this panda location you will be highly disappointed with the service and be ready to have to know Spanish to communicate with the...
