I'm sorry but it is time to post a review for you. I am there most everyday or every other day picking up food delivery orders. There is definitely a noticeable trend happening here. Your lobby is closed now most days and I am ringing the bell and wait outside in the heat for the order because your short staffed (is what they told me). I get that, but it has been going on for a long long time now and is pretty much happening daily. So where is the problem actually that is causing this? Or what is causing it to be so shorted staffed? The answer is pretty obvious I think. It is an accumulation of things. One being that your review percentage is at 3.5%, to not that I can see one review has been responded to (positive or negative) by a district manager or general manager. That is the issue, people want to be heard and care about and feel you are there for them/us as a customer. So where are these so called leaders you have hired? District & general managers? Pretty much non existent. Tonight I dealt with a shift manager, her name starts with "M", no need to post her name here, but definitely has a bad attitude that is given off. That's not her fault neccesarily, its lack of leadership and training. So possibly new hires dont stay because of your upper management and attitudes in the work place because it is definitely a revolving door with different people weekly working there. A hard look at the realities is what is needed, I want this place to succeed and prosper, but like a roller coaster there's always ups and downs , but the upside needs to be stronger then the downside and that takes making decisions on how to get there. Read moreOn 02/06/22 I went here right at the lunch hour. Cars where packed at every restaurant EXCEPT Popeys. I should have known better but I continued to order the 14 piece family meal because my family was hungry I asked for dark meat the girl has an attitude stating she didn't have enough. Again red flag it's mid lunch and you don't have 14 legs and thighs? Okay, that's fine. I get home to find more than half my chicken breast and is cold stale. Fries cold soggy biscuits hard as a rock. Definitely not within safe serving temperatures to serve to the public as bacteria rapidly grows at anything between 40 degrees and 140 degrees. It definitely was not at 140 degrees. This chicken was shriveled up and definitely left out longer than 2 hours. I called for over an hour because no one answers the phone at this location. I work in the food business and was not feeding this food to my family. I was not confident that the food i paid $30 for was safe to consume. I get through she says she's a manager and she'll put my name on some list and my order will be replaced. I go today to pick up my replacement mid lunch again, and again not one car there. The "Store" manage laughs and says he will replace my chicken that's it but not the rest of my order. Then proceeds to tell me he didn't laugh. You definitely do not want to eat here. The manager will laugh at you like food born illness is something that's funny or a joke. Why? Because i requested fresh chicken? Im sorry i dont want my kids sick sir. Read moreSome good advice is to not ever go to a popeyes past 7 or 8 pm. I love popeyes but don't get it much because it's almost always an experience that's not worth it. I get there around 8:45, there's a long drive thru line but I wanted it so stayed. Didn't move for a long time. We decide to try to order it online and maybe come back when it's ready but after the online order is done if just says "your order will be done soon" and didn't even give the details of what I ordered so after getting back into the extremely long drive thru line because when ordering online the only option is to pick it up in the drive thru line because the lobby closes at 8...making the whole idea to order online completely pointless! I called them and by some miracle someone answered and told me to come to the door. They have no knowledge of my order I placed 20 minutes ago and they are almost out of everything. they have barely enough chicken but out of mashed potatoes/Mac and cheese close to all sides, they substitute 2 large for 3 smalls of something old cold and I didn't even want. I got fries but they were out of ketchup and had 1 sauce I wanted. they forgot the biscuits, I got them but they are hard and they were out of butter and honey. So in the end I spent $35 when the majority wasn't what I even wanted and what I did want was old and cold and what I did have was missing the other part of what makes it good.
