Unfortunately this Starbucks is hit or miss. I just started going to this location about a month ago. I always order the same drink and there seems to be a lack of consistency. Itâs the Oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso. I can tell when they donât put enough or too much oatmilk. Makes me question how much brown sugar and cinnamon theyâre really adding too. Itâs obvious when I see the color of the drink it shows me the amount of oat milk. If itâs not enough, the coffee looks darker and tastes very bitter. If itâs too much, the coffee looks white and doesnât taste like anything. Today I decided to write a review bc today my coffee tasted like a berry flavor. Which made me question if theyâre not washing the mixers thoroughly before using them. For ex, maybe they made a âberryâ flavored drink then used the same mixer to make my coffee. I order through the Starbucks app so thereâs no real option for me to make notes about my order vs if I order through a third-party app. Third party apps always ask for your ratings and about your experience.    Read moreThe cashier made me feel very rushed. ( Sort of a hurry up and order lady type thing.) I thought wow! This place is full but no one else was in line. HOWEVER...the Barrista young man was very very nice. I asked if he was new he said pretty new. So at that point REGISTER GIRL felt obligated to come down and say to young Barrista " YOU SHOULD HAVE THOSE READY BY NOW." I checked my receipt and it had been about 2 minutes. Soooo I felt compelled to say to REGISTER GIRL " Maybe you should stay at the register. Because you are grabbing cups and things and I'm sure I did not see you wash your hands after handling cash. So go away and leave the barrista slone." She countered with I'm doing my job and he has to follow what I tell him... I replied " YOU SHOULD STOP TALKING AND GO WASH YOUR HANDS. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent visit to your Starbucks location.
This marks my second experience at this particular store, and unfortunately, my order was again not prepared as requested. On this occasion, I specifically asked for my drink to have light ice. However, to my disappointment, I received a cup filled almost entirely with ice, leaving me with only a few sips of the actual beverage. Given that my order totaled $5, this was quite disheartening.
I appreciate the effort and hard work your team puts into providing quality service, but I hope this feedback can help improve future experiences for myself and other customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to enjoying a properly prepared drink on my next visit.
