Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This was written 14 days ago. Still crickets. Way to go “Der”! I came back tonight with my order. I spoke with "Anna" the "crew manager" and explained everything and asked for a refund. I told her I did not have the receipt but I have the transaction ID from Apple Pay. She said left to make the call to the owner. After about 3 minutes, she came back and said that the owner, named "Said", said he would not give a refund but would replace the food. I told her I did not want any food from here at this point and I only wanted a refund. I asked could I speak to "Said", she said no that was not possible. I am so disappointed and disgusted with Wienerschnitzel right now. This place is a total "$hit show". Do NOT come to this location... Especially if you are a Veteran. To get my order why is it that I have to stop and take everything out of the bags to make sure my orders right? It should not be that way it should be whatever times it out the window is what I bought and paid for so no more no less correct. The last few times I've been to Der wienerschnitzel I have been shorted in my order I live too far to come back to get my order straight and you don't answer the phone so I can call and tell you my order was short please start answering the phone we are customers that are losing out for what we paid for if I ordered three hot dogs with chili and cheese the works and paid for that that's what I expect to have especially when I get home and I have kids on feeding with those hot dogs or something and it's not there or shorted one or two or how many others or fries or...

I love weinerschnitzel, I do. I also.live over 60 miles away from any schnitzel, so for me, it's a happy moment when I goto. The food was yum, place was clean, and they have merch now. I was interested in purchasing. However the girl that took my order was nice, but once she took the payment she walked away, went into the back. There was maybe 3 employees all together and I was the only customer inside. I waited until they brought my order out and I asked about the merch, (it was a different lady) she said we have 2 hats and walked away.
