Wingstop — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I live very close by this location and use it often. At least once a week. Today I ordered 100 wings and spent pvet $150 for a party. I called Thursday and 3x today. I spoke with 3 different people who all said it takes them 30-40min to make 100 wings and I requested fried hard, extra well done. They stated they couldn't find my order at one point. The wings were barely done!!!! We spent so much money to get under cooked food and no one wanted them. I am now stuck with 80 under cooked wings! I ordered over the phone for the first time and got "Kim" a bot and didn't get my order correct at all. Once I arrived at the store, I corrected the order, and once I got home, the order was WRONG! gave me 1/2 boneless for some reason and barely got any carrots and NO celery as asked for and paid for as well. $23 for ehh wings that I didn't order and gave girl $5 tip. I went in to the location wednesday around 7pm , i ordered 2 8pc combos. The person who i assumed was the manager seemed to be in a bad mood she didn’t welcome us in or acknowledge us another worker came over to take my order.
