Bourbon Street Sports Bar — Restaurant in Las Vegas

We went at about 5:00 PM tonight to your new Bourbon Street location at 7287 W Azure Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89130 for the first time tonight. We live in the area, so my husband and I were pretty excited to try a new place.

We spoke to a server when we entered the place, sat down on a couch and ordered drinks and food from her. After we had finished our food and I was working on my first glass of wine (my husband on his second beer), some random guy appeared and out of the blue said: “you owe me $37.00.” Well, we had never seen this guy in our lives, so we did not give him any money! As it turns out, he was the bartender on duty!

We waited for our server (Sherrie who says she manages 10 of your locations) to come back. When she came back, I ordered 1 more glass of wine and told her about the VERY strange experience with the bartender (who we still thought was some random guy). We also asked for an actual check at the same time.

When we received the check, I looked it over and saw that there was a $10 charge for 40 tokens in it. I took the check, found Sherrie and asked her why tokens were on my check. We do not play games, don’t know anything about tokens, certainly did not buy tokens, etc…. Sherrie said it was a mistake and that the bartender rang it up wrong and that we were supposed to get 40 tokens free and that our tab was really $30.

Ok, that does not make any sense, but we paid the $30 bill (even though it said we owed $40), gave Sherrie $6 tip, and she literally gave me 40 tokens that she said we earned on spending $30 and I put them all in my handbag and we left.

I believe that they intentionally tried to scam us! And, you really need to know about this because your brand new location will not stay in business if you are trying to scam...

I had never been inside a Bourbon Street Sports Bar before, and this one is literally blocks away from my residence and they are amazing! Talk about an adult fun center arcade gambling lounge sports bar! Yeah, that's a lot in one sentence for a description, but this place is like that pizza place on the corner with some arcade games, or that corner candy store when we were kids, but the pizza and candy turned to Cajun food and alcohol, with a place to relax, arcade games to play, a pool table, and even a beer pong arcade game... WHAT!?!?

YES!!! I said an arcade beer pong game for one or two players. Fusbal, zombie shooters, classics like SFII, Galacta, and a basketball face off. This place is awesome if you need to go somewhere to watch your favorite team play or just a close to home fun center. Did I mention they have those daiquiri slushies everyone loves in all flavors? Yeah, awesomeness all wrapped up in one...

Just left this place. My wife and I have fun there on the weekends but the weekdays are completely different. The "bartenders" will only serve you a drink every 30 minutes. They said it's "policy", and when they do they won't even come to you. You have to leave your machine and find them. Usually sitting at there table chatting.

They were slammed, myself and 2 other customers. I will give the place 4 star review for Friday's and Saturdays, but when the 2 girls are working go...
