Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Latrobe

Awful service always a huge wait for delivery, they tell you only one driver sorry but we have no idea how long it will take. Hire more drivers not my problem. Also substituted cheddar and pizza cheese for american and they tried to charge me 2.89 extra. Why would I pay more for less, instead of two cheeses I got only one and I'm expected to pay more? I asked why and was told it's just the way the register rings it how convenient...I got news the register only does what you tell it, it doesn't have a mind of its own. Beware of being over charged. The menu reads that a delivery fee may apply no not may apply always applies and its 2.50 that's ridiculous hope the drivers are at least seeing some of that fee. The old guy that delivers is always miserable never apologizes for the wait but they do have a younger dark haired fellow and he's always very nice, too bad he doesn't own the place it might run better. Pizza is decent. Everything else is not good. They dont have a fryer which isnt ideal but even still the fried foods are awful. Service isnt great. They told me they didnt have my order. I went home empty handed. Talked to my wife (since she ordered it) called back and told me they have my order. I told them they could deliver it since they messed up. They wouldn't. I only live a few minutes away and they wouldnt deliver my pizza. Dont ask when you can expect delivery either. Cuz they wont give you a time. I've worked at a few pizza places for years growing up. So I have a good understanding on what happens in there. It's not out of the question to have someones order, have good service, and give order times. Foxes has a great menu this is because they have a large selection of different types of pizzas. They have the traditional toppings as well as the specialty pizzas such as buffalo chicken pizza and taco salad pizza. They have so many options 🍕. They have many salad options also. They have strombolies and wedgies. They also have wings and beer. My family really enjoys the Italian hoagies. There is a great deal more on the menu of items I have never tried.
