The staff working at this location on Friday night (9/6) into (9/7) was horrendous!! If there was a way to give “0” stars I would. First the staff was very unprofessional. While picking up an online order, the drive thru window cashier (with the low blonde haircut) came on the intercom and then seemed to zoned out. After she finally initiated the conversation she told me that the order could not be fulfilled because they “didn’t have that”. Stating that I needed to call Uber to cancel the order. I repeated myself and explained that I had a personal online order. She then said I needed to call the Customer Center to cancel my order (may I say, this was at 12:36am when the support center was most likely closed). We drove up to the window and the Cashier was visibly annoyed with a distorted expression in her face. She then repeated to the Manager that “we have to cancel their order”. The Manager then asked another Staff member whether they had enough wings to fulfill the order, he replied saying “yes, my bad”. While preparing the order they asked whether we wanted “regular wings” so we said “ghost pepper”. When no one responded we repeated it. A boisterous lady in large black waist length braids who was already looking at us when we drove up with distain yelled “that is regular wings” with an aggressive neck twist and rolled her eyes (all while cleaning the fries area. The gentleman brought the wings to the window, when we said we wanted blackened ranch with our order he said all they had was “ketchup and hot sauce”. I walked out, left because of the horrible customer service, I guess I must have been invisible. On June 08, 2025 at around 9 pm, I and another gentlemen stood in line for 10 minutes, there was no greeting and there was no acknowledgement, for 10 minutes!! Everyone was catering to the drive thru and online orders, while real humans stood before their faces, patiently waiting. What a complete disrespect of another human and their time!! The manager came to the cashier desk several times, putting money in a vault and taking drive thru orders through her headset and not once did she look up to acknowledge us, not once. The most horrible customer service I have ever seen and I been in the customer service industry for over 30 years.
