I ordered extra meat and got extra fat. The quality of this place has really gone down. When I first started coming here, the portion size was adequate but now they have a habit of scaling back on the food even when you order extra. I expect to get what I pay for and not have to suffer for your inability to deal with inflation. In addition, they used to have good customer service and had very nice packaging, which is what initially what attracted me to the place, even though it’s in a dumpy little shopping plaza. But boy how things have changed.

When I called to let them know how unsatisfied I was with their service and food rationing, they asked me to come back in. I thought it was to make things right but instead the counter person asked me to come back to point to a sign that said check your food before you leave. They actually made me come back for that when they could have told me that over the phone. In fact, what that tells me is that they must have several customers returning their product for one reason or another. I’m sure for similar reasons.

I asked to speak to the manager and he proceeded to explain how he measured out his portions (lol) further minimizing the situation instead of accommodating me, the customer, with better service. He continued to explain that I got what I paid for, even though I paid extra. And so I told him that this was not the quality of food or customer service I received when I started coming here and therefore if he didn’t correct the issue I would never come back. He said that was fine and it is for me, but not for him.

You see, I walked in there with plain clothes after a long day, just wanting something good to eat and some good service. I didn’t receive either. So they have lost me as a customer and because they didn’t take the time to make the situation right nor did they apologize or sympathize for my grievance or for making me come back there for no reason, I am writing this very honest review. Well... Well.... Well... Where do I start... First off the GRIOT Complete was AWFUL 😞🤢🤮🤮. A huge disappointment... So here's how my first time trying this place out went... So I was at work and I missed lunch because the lines at the other fast food places were taking too long. And ya girl had to get back to work.🤑💯 So I decided to wait until after I got off from work to get some food. And towards the end of my shift, I started craving Haitian food. So I decided to look up some nearby Haitian restaurants by my job so that way I can get some food on my way home. Anyways I found this place on Google and I ordered a GRIOT complete which I thought came with rice and beans. Bihhhh tell me why this girl gave me this NASTY and most disgusting GRIOT Complete ever. Mane listen... I'm half Haitian and I grew up in a Haitian household so I know what GRIOT and other Haitian food supposed to taste like. Bruh when I'm telling you, I'm so disappointed 😞 SMDH because the online reviews really hype this place up... Coming here ,thinking I was going to get some great food. Dang dawg I was WRONG! Idk if I came in at the wrong time while the chef who's cook the food right wasn't there or what😐 But NEVER AGAIN! For customer services Not for the food I haven’t seen the place but I order frequently there only via my Grubhub because of the food but not for the service. After 4 différents Issues with my orders i decided to support the owner of this place but last night was too much Can you imagine that you’re sick in bed you can’t even cook for your family and your kids are Hungry Then you decided to order from that restaurant At 8.08 pm and it’s 10.30 pm nobody have received the food and the manager was too busy to let you know that they don’t have any food or they having some issues with the delivery process so you can make plan. Even the next day I didn’t hear from them when I call the manager couldn’t explain me why and she didn’t seem too care about the problem No apologies was made over the phone she didn’t promised that will not happen again or they will take care of it or nothing she just simply wish me a good day and Hang up the phone.
