I love the food, however, the pregnant cashier is very horrible. She is super rude, and she stares at you like you're the problem. Not once had she greeted me, we literally stood there looking at eachother until I said what I wanted to order. This happens every time I see her. She did not ask for my card, she just stood there no total, nothing. When my order was ready she put down the wrong item. When the guy told her, she looked at me and told me I said, "rib sandwich". I NEVER order the rib sandwich only the rib tips. She charged me the difference which was fine. She never said I'm sorry, let me fix it, or it'll be a few more minutes. When my order was ready, she slung my bag and walked away. The ONLY reason I did not snap was because she is pregnant. I did not want to be that person trying to fight a pregnant person. I drive 30 minutes there and back because I enjoy the food. The only thing I can't stand is the customer service. I believe she acts like that because she can, she's probably their family member. I spoke with the owner before leaving. He said he would handle it. Not too sure if that will happen, she is like this on every visit. I have family and friends that visit and we talk about how rude that young lady is. Everyone can't be lying. The pregnant cashier started off rude and then she charged me for miscellaneous food which I had no idea of what that was , after she handed me my card and receipt back I had to ask what was the charge for she then told me it was for cutting my ribs up. When I lived in the area years ago this was my go to for ribs. I was in the area for a funeral and decided to stop by to buy food for my family. I was extremely disappointed with the rib tip meal, which consisted of burnt and overcooked rib tips and what looked like scraps. Then to get collards was considered a premium side that was an additional $2.50 only to get a very small cup of cabbage and collards that may have had 3 to 4 bites. Was a waste of my time and money.
