Place was not super busy at all. We had to wait roughly 20 minutes to be seated, for a party of 8, which wasn't too bad. It took about 30 minutes to get our drink and food order. Diet Pepsi was either root beer or something not named diet Pepsi. 1st beer was on time but the subsequent beer was only brought once we reminded the waitress countless times so the were only 2 beers total in the almost 2 hours we were there. It took another hour and 15 minutes to get our simple order(s). Our original waitress never returned to fill our drinks. The only way to get a refill was to bother another employee for one. When they brought the food out, it was not even close to being hot. It was Luke warm at best. 2 out of 3 of the kids orders (12 and 13 year old kids)were wrong, and when we advised it was wrong, the waitress proceeded to advise that the kids ordered what was brought and it was their fault the order was wrong. Another 20 minutes and the rest of the order was fixed, so we thought. They still never got their fries with the order (because the order was never put in) which was also the kids fault.... After over 2 hours at this place, they proceeded to bring every single person an individual check because "she didn't want to get confused when splitting the checks up". Another 25 minutes passed and no one returned to allow us to pay so we could leave. After hawking down another employee, not our waitress, I was able to hand the 3 receipts, for 1 family, to another lady to cash us out but she found our waitress, handed the receipts to her and she proceeded to charge 1 of our 3 orders to our card. We got the 2nd notification of our purchase on our cell phone by the banking app, which was another couples order, also charged to us on the same card, so leaving us 2 orders to be charged for. I immediately told her to stop running our card and asked for a manager. With my direction while standing right beside him, I was able to finally explain our experience, which he didn't attempt to make right or even acknowledge, and get our whole tables meals paid for before being able to leave. Luckily, the other couple with us was kind enough to just Venmo us for their order that we paid for so we didn't have to wait 3-5 days for the funds to be refunded to our account. Never ever, EVER, go to this BWW if your looking for any decent food or service. Finally made it home around 11:30 from the dinner we started...

Several tables not cleared from previous guest. After 30 minutes of inattention I went to the bar and ordered my drinks. Sat for another 20 minutes and never saw a server the entire time. I finally approached a server who was walking to the bar and he got the manager to take our order. Another 30-45 minutes later our Cauliflower Wings and 10 Piece Mild Wings arrives. During this time 3 other tables walked out and left. I never saw a server then entire time we were there. I had to walk from our table to the bar every time I wanted a drink and pay bar tender. It was the most chaotic and disorganized fiasco Iāve ever witnessed. One Guest told the manager āyou better make money while you can this is a sinking shipā and walked out. The table of four directly behind us walked out. A table across from us walked out as well. To top off this less than stellar experience my wife went to the bathroom and immediately left because it was disgusting. I told her to look around at the uncleared tables that were there before we arrived. What did she expect. Seriously though ⦠this place is a train wreck. The ONLY saving grace was the bar tender on Saturday October 2nd at 7:00pm worked her rear off to make up for all the inadequacies and apologized multiple times. She needs to RUN. But we started to have to ask for things twice or remind her that I requested a drink. We were there late about 10pm so the restaurant was not full kind of quite. We noticed she was talking alot with the other 2 groups (2-3ppl) of people at the bar. We didnt mind but when we saw her give a guy 3 samples we were excited to try a few we never saw. But when we asked about a sample she said only one each. (But she just gave the other guy 3) we were not going to argue we picked one of the same kind. 10 minutes later still no sample and it was last call. She asked if we wanted anything for last call. We reminded her of the sample. She said that not part of the last call. " yea but how do we know if we want it without the sample" so she bought me one sample so I had to share it with my bro in law. Then I heard her tell another guy you have 10 minutes after last call to get your drinks. So she gave the guy 2 small pitchers. Then 16 minutes after last call gave her other group of friends 3 more mixed drinks the. Then 2 pitcher guy a bottle of beer. I am just upset we were pretty much ignored. We still left a nice tip even tho we had to pretty much beg for service. I would have ate and drank more then I had if I had an attentive bartender.
