Waffle House — Restaurant in Laurel

I went to Waffle House in Laurel, Mississippi at 10 am, with intention to leave a tip for the nice lady. When I arrived in my wheelchair the nice lady opened the door for me and helped me get seated. Then after that her service became less than expected. She said that she was taking my order but didn’t actually relay it to the cook. The order was supposed to be an extra dark waffle with hash browns. The hash browns were supposed to have onions on them. She gave me the last little bit of burnt coffee then started making fresh coffee for someone else. She brought me a half done waffle and hash browns without onions. I had to keep stopping her every 5 minutes so that she could provide proper service for me even though there were about 5 people standing around doing nothing. I was one of 5 customers in the restaurant, she just didn’t care about treating her customer like a guest.

So after tipping my waitress I ordered a to-go drink and tipped the better waitress (Erika) a tip that she would have had to work 2 hours to earn.

I ordered an allstar special with sausage, eggs add cheese, grits, raisin toast, and a waffle with chocolate chips. When i got my food, they made hash browns instead of grits. I accepted it and just asked the girl for some ketchup for my hashbrown. Its ok. People make mistakes, i thought. Then i get home and open my bag and my whole waffle is missing. I am so mad right now. I just got off work from a 10 hour shift and just wanted some food and rest but now i have to eat food that i didnt want as well as make a whole other trip back to town to get my missing waffle. This is ridiculous and inconsiderate. Waffle house management, pleaseTell your employees to triple check orders when the customer orders AND when the food is going back out to the customer. I had to wait to order had a person ahead of me that they had over charged and waitress didn't know what she was doing and then finally when other waitress came over to fix mistakes The lady ahead of me left the RUDE waitress looked at me and just turned around to walk off but good waitress stopped her!! ! I ordered and she said 10/15 minutes so I told them that I'd be right in front in my car looking straight at them and they could see me the whole time I was there. Was not busy!! ! I waited 20 minutes went in for my order only time be told they we're out if hash browns!! ! ! I mean HASH BROWNS REALLY that's there best food!! ! Any they had no chicken🐔 for my order!! !
