Oh, Taco Bell in Laurel, how thou hath let me down, With thy stale tacos and burritos, a most unpleasant crown. The cheese, oh the cheese, it had a most curious smell, Like feet that had walked through the depths of hell.
The ground beef, so dry and devoid of taste, Left me with a thirst that could not be quenched, no matter how fast I chugged my drink with haste. The beans, a mere afterthought, a sad, mushy mess, I'd sooner eat week-old soup with less distress.
The service, a mere shadow of its former glory, The staff, devoid of warmth, a most unwelcoming story. The tables, sticky with the remnants of meals past, A most unpleasant dining experience, and one that shall not last.
Oh, Taco Bell in Laurel, how thou hath fallen, Thy food, a mere travesty, a most unfortunate ball and chain. The value, or lack thereof, left me feeling quite poor, For the price of a meal, I could've dined like a king at a most exquisite diner.
And so, with a heavy heart, I bid thee farewell, Taco Bell in Laurel, thou art a most unpleasant bell. I shall not return, nor shall I recommend, For thy food is a disappointment that doth not mend.
And as I walk out the door, a sad, dejected soul, I wonder if thy tacos could ever again be whole. Perhaps with fresher ingredients and a dash of spice, Thou couldst rise again, and reclaim thy place, oh so nice.
But until that day, I shall remember thy name, Taco Bell in Laurel, a most unfortunate shame. And when others ask, I shall sadly shake my head, For thy two-star rating, thou...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love Taco Bell, but some of the workers are so incredibly rude for no reason. The last three times I have gone something has been messed up⦠simple stuff (an excuse by one worker was āI thought āveggieā meant chickenā). I only went inside to fix 2/3. The first time I waited an hour, was forgotten, and still got the wrong thing. The second time (today) a worker told me I was wrong and didnāt even order something⦠I had my receipt in my hand showing otherwise. Another worker made smart remarks to others in the kitchen. It was stressful. Two other workers did take up for me. The rude workers were at least 45 or older, and I am a teenager. I am always very kind to service workers because I understand how stressful it can be, so I do not think I did anything to warrant these nasty attitudes. The way they treated me for their wrong doing was unprovoked and unprofessional. I love taco bell but not sure if I will be back to this location due to the staff. The male manager, though, has always been very nice to me, but he was not...

Today 6/25/2024 will be my last time to ever and i mean ever step foot in the Laurel,MS store. It was horrible...and i drove 30 mins out of my way from work. If you are not going to put tomatoes on a SUPREME TACO then change your advertisement on your boards. When I pay .25 for a cup of tomatoes I would like for them to be in my order. I ordered 2 sumpreme soft tacos, (comes with tomatoes) then I added tomatoes on 2 reg soft tacos and the chulupa box combo and guess what NO freaking tomatoes on none of it. the cinnamon twist were stale almost broke a tooth. When I arrived to pick up our food they had it all smushed in one bag and the grease had done soaked thru so bad that when I picked it up my tacos would have fell out. Corporate needs to come in and see where the problem lies. To management of this store #015801get your store in order. Now I'm gonna go to McDonalds and get some...
